We loved our stay! The woman at the front desk upgraded our room b/c it was our anniversary. The room had that old world charm, but modern look. It was clean and well maintained. The hotel's location was great, just a few streets from the city center. It was quite and felt safe.

The hotel was very nice, great service, people were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, very nice bathtub!!! Two negatives: little expensive and wireless internet does not work most of the time in the rooms.

We stayed during low season and the hotel seemed not very busy. In order to check in (we arrived around 9pm) we had to find the desk worker who was having a drink in the hotel bar and could not hear the desk bell. The hotel and room were stylish and appealing though one could find minor things which could be better maintained (shower floor piece cracked, […] bathroom sink tap missing aerator so water stream was very strong and spattered around). We asked for and received local restaurant recommendations (in handy booklet form!) and we had a great dinner at 'Rock Fort' nearby. The location was good but just a little closer to the old town center would have been preferred. Overall I would recommend it. Read more

Parking limited was limited with a staff preferrence, which was also expensive @ 16euro's a night on top of the room, 4 lights out in the room, wardrobe draw broken, safe had no locking mechanism completely missing. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable, TV electric's hanging down not safe. smelt damp. Main lobby TV lounge, glass ceiling filthy with one large […] pane broken, and for sometime. Outside restaurant seat area, again a broken glass riverside pane broken. None of these looked particularly recent either. Expensive hotel in need of some money spending on the obvious. Staff were generally friendly but not always on the ball. The lady on our last morning who served our breakfast was lovely but we were told a different price for breakfast and had to dispute the actual price we were charged at check out. The room wasn't great, restaurant was particularly average.

The hotel is in a great position and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the decor in our room was tired looking, the bathroom felt utilitarian rather than luxurious, we were given frayed towels with holes in, the toilet seat was loose and the shower base was cracked. The corridor was stuffy and smelled stale.

Staff is super friendly and helpful as most people in beautiful bruges. The location and service are good but expected more from the hotel overall in relation to what it costs. Not very well maintained and not the cleanest room i ever stayed... also the lift smelled very bad...

The toilet in a separate cubicle was smelly and felt like a public toilet, the toilet roll was already nearly finished and yet it was not being replaced. The shower floor was dirty and the general condition of the mocked timber floor of the room and ensuite leaves much to be desired. One of the bath towels was torn and tattered and even the replacement […] ones need to be renewed too. I would rate the room in this hotel just a one star. The Relais Ravestein is a great place to enjoy a romantic weekend, within a 5 minute walk of all the main attractions, yet in a peaceful location. The terrace is an absolute must, even if it is just for a coffee, as the breakfast seemed a little steep at some 28 euros each! The hotel itself has clearly been finished to a very high standard. From the […] minute you enter the the foyer, right through to the bedroom, you can't help but feel like a VIP. This is only accentuated by the ultra friendly and helpful staff, who really make you feel right at home. Our only criticism would be the somewhat poor state of repair of the building and it's fittings in places. Don't misubderstand, this hotel is truly beautiful on the whole, and has a true feel of grandeur and exclusivity, but it is let down by a few small blemishes here and there: cracks in the bathroom sink in our room, a hand towel with large cigarette burns, and even some flaking paint in the entrance to our room. This is, however, offset by the excellent price we paid through hotels.com. Had I paid the full advertised price on the hotel's website, I would have complained, but for what we paid, it was exceptional value. To summarise: a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury at a very reasonable rate, provided they can put up with some minor imperfections here and there. Read more

This hotel is rated as 4 star, although its now time for a freshen up. The fittings and finishes were of good quality however, the wear and tear signs are now evident. A short walk into town that was really enjoyable. Very fast room service, very accommodating with my 7 month year old. Adventured out for breakfast rather than staying in due to breakfast costing 21 euros each. A bit pricey... Very stylish, great set up of the rooms, and quiet. Loved the lighting as well.

kregen een kamer douche zag er niet ,vloeren kapot, uitkijk op parkeerplaats, gaten in badjassen schrokken er echt van hebben een andere kamer gekregen. deze had wel uitzicht op de rei, gaten in gordijnen, gordijnen gingen niet naar beneden, open haard deed het niet, bad vol laten lopen kregen geen koud water dus konden niet int bad. wederom vloer in […] gangetje kapot ,mini bar zat amper wat in, en plafond in de gang waren stukjes naar beneden en wat ik al dan niet vergeet op te noemen. kortom slecht voor zoveel geld een kamer kost normaal staat vermeld 370,-- euro excl. ontbijt p.n. voor de somma van 21,-- euro p.p. en nogeens 8,-- euro p.d. voor een auto te parkeren hoe durven ze het te vragen je zit hier voor een weekin turkije all in, in een 5 sterren hotel incl. vliegreis. Wij betaalden voor de nacht incl. 270,-- euro daar kwam nog bij parkeer 16,-- euro echt te schandalig voor woorden. Nooit meer. Read more

Hotel agréable et bien situé mais gagnerait beaucoup à être mieux entretenu: douche qui fuit,rideau qui tient par des punaises,lampe de salle de bain qui clignote à cause d'un faux contact...sans parler du prix exorbitant du parking.

La chambre était dans un piètre état. La porte de l'armoire était cassée. La douche, le sol était en beton et tout craquelé. Le Porte papier était dévissé et le rouleau de papier était posé sur le sol. La literie était incomfortable, le matelas était beaucoup trop mou. Le radiateur dans la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas et la poignée de porte d'entrée […] de la chambre était également cassée. Nous leur avons signalé, mais ils ne sont mëme pas venus vérifier. Nous avons dû repartir plus tôt, car j'étais souffrante et nous leur avons demandé un geste commercial. Ils nous ont expliqué qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire car on n'avait pas réservé directement à l'hôtel et qu'on devait s'adresser directement à Hotels.com. Read more

鉄道スト（１０／３）で滞在日の変更を余儀なくされたが、快く変更しくれた。スタッフが親切で情報も的確、快適で三日間滞在した。大きくはないが、モダンで安く提供してくれたスイートルームは画家のアトリエのようでありまた泊まりたいホテルである。ジェットバスも楽しめました。

La qualité du personnele et du service est excellente par contre pour un hôtel 4 * le niveau de la chambre n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.L'état de saleté et de dégât causé par l humidité ne mette en aucun cas en valeur le beau mobilier...Les petites toiles d'arraignée et la poussière à gauche et à droite faisaient également partie du décor...

Bel emplacement au bord du canal, idéal aux beaux jours. Personnel charmant. Les "suites" sont spacieuses mais l'état général (amas de câbles derrière Tv juste à l'entrée, humidité et traces sur murs, tiroirs cassés...) et surtout la vue sur le parking et ses poubelles (apparemment pour toutes les suites avec "terrasse") n'est pas digne d'un 5L et fort […] décevante ; on aperçoit le canal, mais au loin. Enfin (certes on ne vient pas à Bruges pour cela mais on aime bien rester connecté!) quelques chaînes Tv belges, aucune française ou internationale. Read more

部屋のデザイン、ライト使用、センスがとても良いホテルでした。スタッフの方もすごく丁寧に対応して下さり、サービスの質が高かったです。三泊ブルージュ予定でしたが、一泊しかとれずでした。が、他のホテル拍の後、フリーで決めていなかった日の二泊も是非また泊まりたいと宿泊することにしたぐらいです。決め手は、上記のことと、バスにジャグジーがあり、他のホテルにはないホテルでの時間、癒される時間を持てるホテルだったからです。レストランも対応もとても良かったです。少し高めということもあり、毎日の利用はしませんでしたが。本当にお勧めのホテルです。

Lage sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück gut. Das Zimmer war nur mäßig sauber, viel Staub auf Schränken etc.. Mini-Bar defekt. Geärgert habe ich mich darüber, dass, obwohl wir das Zimmer um 09.30 Uhr verlassen haben, es bis um 14.30 noch nicht gereinigt wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage hieß es, das Hotel sei voll, es sei Samstag und wenig Personal […] da. Dann wurden wir mehrfach angerufen und gedrängt das Zimmer zu verlassen (wir wollten nur 1-2 Stunden Siesta machen) damit es gereinigt werden könne, dabei waren vorher 5 Stunden Zeit dazu gewesen. Das ist m. E. für ein 4-Sterne -Haus nicht angemessen, habe ich auch so noch nicht erfahren, daher meine Abwertung. Read more
