Loved that this old hotel has been made so nice and comfortable. If you stay there, eat at the Blue Parrot next door, delicious food.

We stayed at the Eisenhower Hotel during a weekend getaway in Gettysburg. We found it to be one of the best that we had stayed in and are already planning another trip back. Can't wait to try out the sports complex next to the hotel on our next trip. Everything from the front desk clerk to the host at the restaurant we incredibly welcoming and nice. There were two down falls:1) there was no frig in the room. 2) The hotels.com site said that it was pool side, which many of the rooms are, but ours was not.

Dennis & Ilene were adorable. They made us feel at home right away. They gave us a tour of the home, a brief history, and more information to read if we wanted to follow up. "Advertised: "Outstanding Gourmet Breakfast" fell short"
We picked this B&B because of several positive reviews for the gourmet breakfast. We found it to be okay, but not as advertised. We got two small pieces of french toast (not stuffed french toast as advertised) two pieces of bacon, a very small bowl of fruit with a dab of yogert, and coffee. That was it!
