The hotel was clean but the lobby had an awful odor. Rooms are adequate. Breakfast area is way to small . Breakfast is nothing to write home about. If you only want a place to sleep, it is okay.

A very nice and clean hotel, the washroom is very clean and I like the bath tub too. The breakfast is good and you can make your own toast, waffle and with cereal and banana. Location is very closed to the Huntsville downtown.

We were happy as could be with the room the management had the continental breakfast ready for 6am, The toilet was clean and the bath tub was spotless , The hallways carried no odours other than the cleanliness smell. The management were just great ,in every way.I would stay there again , if and when I visit Huntsville again.

I booked at the Econolodge because it was apparently the cheapest place around, but I now wish I'd paid a little more and stayed elsewhere. We booked in near midnight an left early morn. It was clean enough and the rooms were just your normal standard. (bathroom was very clean and it had a new surround tub) It would have been nice if the fridge was pluged in,. We had a very pleasant stay and the Management and staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only slight problem we had was that the room keys needed to be re-programmed at least 3 times and the one room key never did work properly. The only other concern I had about our room was that the bath tubs take forever […] to drain ... the type of drains that they have installed are notorious for being slow to drain ... while showering, it's not uncommon to be standing in 2 or 3 inches of water. While the room itself and the bathroom looks as if it had been recently renovated, there was a very noticeable musty smell. Also the bed did not have fitted sheets. The carpet had not been vacuumed well enough as there were sunflower seeds by the bedside from a previous stay. For the rate, I do not think I got great value for the $. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We brought our dog with us ( we were on our way to Alogonquin Park) and were thus given a 'dog' room, it smelt a bit like a dog but we didn't mind as many other hotels in the area did not allow dogs. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were both clean.

For work I stay at a lot of hotel/motels and the bed is the most important thing. The Econo Logde is quite comfortable. The bed is the most comfortable one I've slept in a very long time. The rooms aren't huge but clean and for a night or two was all I needed.

Our room was basically brand new...nicer furnishings and decor, beautiful new bathroom, comfortable beds, good free breakfast with lots of options from waffles to fruit and muffins to cereals. The owners / staff seem conscientious about every detail. Exceptional value.

Echt een aanrader!!! De kamers zijn echte danszalen. Proper goed onderhouden. De mensen zijn héél vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het ontbijt is alles aanwezig wat er moet zijn voor ons. De mensen aan de receptie helpen je ook graag op weg naar wat je zeker moet zien in de buurt.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Econo Logde, insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Nur das Frühstück ist nicht gut gewesen. Hier haben wir schon besser in Kanada gegessen. Das der Café nicht schmeckt ist in Kanada nichts Neues und deshalb nicht extra zu erwähnen Wert.

L'endroit est bein , c'est propre et tranquille. Le service à la réception était bien à notre arrivé. Mais à notre départ on a dû attendre quelques minutes pour ce faire servir. Le déjeuner est correcte sauve qu'il n'y avait pas beacoup de choix pour mettre sur les roties. Für eine Nacht ok. Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig und sauber, auf der Hausrückseite auch ruhig. Der Frühstücksraum lässt zu wünschen übrig: 5 kleine Tischchen reichen nie und nimmer für 34 Zimmer!

Das Personal war mit der Führung des Hotels völlig überfordert. Bereits der Eingangsbereich ließ den Gast Übles ahnen. Überquellende Mülleimer, herumliegende Zigarettenkippen und alte Orangenschalen säumten den Weg. Der Frühstücksraum bot nur 9 Sitzplätze und war zudem verdreckt. Die Zimmer selbst waren recht gut ausgestattet, aber entsprachen leider […] nicht unseren Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit. Auch der Reinigungsservice ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bei Rückkehr gegen 15:30 Uhr waren die Zimmer noch immer nicht gemacht, dies wurde auch nicht mehr nachgeholt. Das gesamte Hotel roch auffallend nach Müll. Völlig unverständlich, wie ein eigentlich fast neues Hotel so schnell verwahrlosen kann. Read more

Waren nur eine Nacht dort und es hat uns gefallen. In der Nähe ist ein See, der zum Spazieren einlädt. Es gibt kein Fahrstuhl, aber auch nur zwei Etagen. Frühstück war zwar inklusive. Wir haben diesen aber nicht in Anspruch genommen.
