Awesome suite with everything you could possibly need. Felt right at home. A little further from Philadelphia than we thought, but easy enough to get to!

The staff was great, friendly, very helpful. The hotel was very clean, well-kept. Rooms were very clean. The only thing I would comment on was there was not enough fresh fruit variety at breakfast, no bananas. We would stay there again

The hotel and room were in good shape, staff was nice, maintenance was a little slow to respond to one minor issue we had, but the real problem was the noise from the hallways and room next door. Whether it's the walls or the doors that are too thin or not insulated properly, we could hear everything as if they were in our room. Was looking for a place that was close to Prospector's since one of my friends was having a birthday there. It was a nice quick 4 minute drive and the room was perfect. We had one of the rooms in the newer wing and was clean and everything looked great. It was also nice to have the microwave because the leftovers from Prospectors, which was a lot of […] left overs was able to reheat with no problems as well as having the utensils to eat it in the room was perfect. If I am ever in the area with my girlfriend again I would gladly book a room here be it for one night or multiple nights. In close proximity to a lot of different stores and restaurants if needed. The suite with a private bedroom was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the bathroom was off of a hallway so the kids Wouldn't have to come into the bedroom to get to the bathroom. :-)

The building was under construction which is great for future guests but bad for us. The new foot traffic pattern went right by our room as the main point of entry instead of the lobby. The noise was too much. We didn't enjoy our stay at all.

We're always pleased with the Residence Inn and there were only a few issues with this property. I requested a non-smoking room and it was pretty obvious that a prior guest had ignored that rule and unfortunately, there wasn't another room to move us into so we dealt with the stale smell for the short weekend stay. Issue #2 was the a/c vent in the room […] which blew directly onto the bed...that's a design flaw in the construction and we did our best to change the air flow. The property is located across the street from a mall and restaurants and is pretty convenient to Philadelphia and provides easy access to surrounding areas. The only other drawback is that the Sunburst address doesn't exist on Garmin GPS systems but we managed to get there after a late night flight by using Verizon navigation. Read more

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was told that there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning. I was surprised to find such a nice spread downstairs. I'm used to a complimentary breakfast being a plate of bagels, danish, and some stale coffee. The Residence Inn had a buffet area complete with waffle iron and batter, bagles, cereal bar, […] fresh fruit and yogurt, hot oatmeal, eggs, and hasbrowns. The lobby and general condition of the hotel was clean and well decorated. I also found that the gym, pool, and hot tub were clean and were well maintained. The hotel had free wireless internet and a nice kitchen area with most of the essentials for making and serving meals. There was plenty of cabinet space for an extended stay and I read that they will go grocery shopping for you and deliver it to your suite. The fridge was clean and so was the microwave and the stove. The bed was a good balance between being supportive and comfortable. The sheets were clean and comfortable (not over-starched). Across the street was an upscale shopping center that had several nice places to eat and plenty of shopping. We were close enough to the road to be convenient, but not so close that we heard any noise from the surrounding area. Of the hotels in the area, I would highly suggest trying the Residence Inn. My husband and i went away for our 3 year anniversary and this was def. the best choice in the area for its price range! Read more
