Exceptionally clean, well managed, family love in everything they provide, great food, relaxing spa, and best view of Capri and the mediteranean - maybe the best view on the island. The "A" bus stops right in front of the hotel every 30 minutes and takes you to either sorrento in 10 min or toward the almalfi coast. We will stay here again.

The hotel is a little ways outside of Sorrento but we had a car so that wasn't a problem. The staff were great and the kids loved the indoor pool. The best part for us was the restaurant. The waiters were great and the food was excellent! All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is well situated, just a 10 minute bus drive from Sorrento. The buses pass by every 20 minutes so it's easy to go to town from the hotel. This is a wonderful, traditional Italian hotel with excellence all round. Our room on the first floor had a balcony - which although over the road - was great to sit in and enjoy the spectacular view over the bay to Capri. The room was very bright and comfortable - bed - which was 2 singles joined together was very large and comfortable too. The restaurant […] food was authentic home cooked italian - excellent - the continental breakfast - very satisfying. The service from our italian waiters was exceptional - knowledgable and friendly. The reception staff were also very knowledgable and helpful. The roof top pool has amazing views and is well equipped with sun beds. Only down side was no wc on the pool level. Local buses stop at the door making a trip into Sorrento and elsewhere very easy, convenient and cheap at 1.20 Euros for 60 minutes travel. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay. We stayed halfboard. The food was good, both breakfast and evening meal. However, I wouldn't rate the food as exceptional as some reviews do. The breakfast was a good standard continental (melon, meats, cheeses, etc), but no different to what you get in most hotels. There was a good choice every evening, […] the starters being particulalry nice. The view of Capri was lovely; there is some road noise, however, when you sit out on the balcony to admire it. The young man on reception was very helpful. We didn't have a car, but the bus stop is very convenient being right outside the hotel, and actually you don't really need a car; there are a lot of boat trips from Sorrento - Capri, Amalfi, Napoli. Take the train to Pompei from Sorrento, the train stops rights outside Pompei; it's extremely cheap and we felt safe, contary to advise given by our taxi transfer (just drumming up trade I think). However, if you don't like standing up on a bus, they can get pretty packed, then hire a car, or stay in Sorrento itself. Read more

Very nice sea view at all the rooms of this hotel. The restaurant is great, I enjoyed the dinner without going to Sorrento. The frontdesk is extremely helpful. We have even extended our stay for one more night to enjoy our honeymoon. View at our room is fantastic too !! Capri can be seen at day time and stars around the sky at night. I was really impressed with this hotel, whilst the location is not great if you don't have a car, the bus stop is right outside and comes by every 20 mins. It only takes 5 mins to get into Sorrento on the bus. From Sorrento you can catch other buses or trains to further afields eg. Positano, Pompei. This is a family run business, whilst they don't […] speak perfect English they speak enough to help with whatever you need. Don't expect them to tell you how everything works in terms of going out and about, you need to ask them. They will organise boat trips etc for you too. You need to buy your bus tickets from them too, make sure you get 2 pp (1 each way - don't forget to put your ticket through the machine on bus otherwise you could be fined). The restaurant food is to die for! We were there 1 week and only went to eat in Sorrento once because the food in this hotel is all freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet is also the best I've had (and I've travelled alot!). The pool is on the roof terrace and is perfect if you want relaxation and sunbathing. The spa is very nice too, I booked a message and whilst not cheap, it's worth spoiling yourself! Highly recomend this hotel to people who want a touch of luxury at an affordable price, overlooking the sea and Capri. Read more

This was a great choice. The buses made journeys along the coast relatively simple either down to Sorrento or further along the coast. Trains from Sorrento get you to Pompeii and Naples. Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and the on site restaurant is both high quality and good value.

Morgenmaden er ikke ringe, men heller ikke noget at skrive om. Pragtfuld udsigt fra pool-området på toppen af hotellet, med view direkte til Capri. Ta' bussen (holder ved hotellet og kører 3 X i timen) til Sorrento. Her er alt i butikker og restauranter :-).

Vi tilbrakte 8 netter dette hotellet fra 19 juli til 26 juli og var svæt fornøyd med vårt opphold. For oss passet det perfekt å ligge ca 10 min unna sentrum av Sorrento i rolig omgivelser med en av kystens beste utsikter. Vi nøyt frokosten på på veranda med fanstisk skue utover havet og Capri. Bussen gikk hver 20 min og det svært enkelt å komme seg […] inn til Sorrento, Possitano m.m. Servicen og fasilitetene var upåklagelig. L'hotel est éloigné de tout, la vue vous coutera 10 a 20 euros de plus qu une chambre normale. Le hammam coute 10 Euro, si l envie vous prend d'aller au sauna, on passe encore a la caisse. Une chambre pour trois adultes comprend un lit double et un pseudo lit d appoint dur et inconfortable.

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, nicht zu groß und gar nicht laut. Die Einrichtung und der gesamte Innenraum sind sehr sauber, gepflegt, wirken vornehm ... Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Badezimmer groß genug und gut "ausgerüstet", die Schränke groß, die Betten gut, der Balkon zwar klein und über der Straß, aber immer mit Blick auf Capri. Der Besitzer […] mit seiner Familie (bis zur Mutter) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und alle versuchen, in Englisch oder manchmal Französisch und vielleicht sogar Deutsch zu helfen. Der Wellnessbereich besteht zwar (außer dem Massagebereich und einem winzigen Fitnessstudio) eigentlich nur aus einem kleinen netten Pool mit Whirlpool usw., aber das Schwimmbad auf dem Dach ist schön und groß genug mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Auf dem Parkplatz kommt es manchmal zu kleinen Schwierigkeiten, aber das Personal oder der Chef persönlich lösen alle Probleme schnell und effektiv. Read more

This is a nice hotel which is more like a conference center. We were there off season in February. Very few people. Nice surroundings, hilly and forest. Close to Frascati wine district. Breakfast was so good but I would expect it would be better at right season with more people.

Ottimo hotel per la posizione, la vista ed il prezzo (credo dovuto alla bassa stagione). In caso di prezzo pieno qualche ritocco ai particolari sarebbe opportuno. Comunque decisamente consigliato.
