"A charming surprise"
You never know what you're going to get with these little inns. This is a lovely gem. This historic home is beautifully appointed and well maintained. The couple who own/ run the place produce an delicious and creative breakfast and are pleasant and helpful. Not to mention that the house is stocked with really good books because he owns his own bookstore […] in Osterville nearby. It's on historic Route 6A on Cape Cod, the original Native American footpath adopted by the Pilgrims. Amazingly, it is preserved as a rolling two-lane road with minimal development dotted with charming old homes, country stores, taverns, and inns. As in any old house, the rooms are somewhat small. But the bathrooms are up to date and the mattresses are excellent.. Fresh and salt water beaches abound. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent B & B in Cape cod"
Honeysuckle Hill is a great place for winter vacation. The room is clean, comfortable, and lovely. The innkeepers are very kind. We enjoyed delicious breakfast in a cozy dinning room with beautiful scene of garden cover by snow in a sunny morning. This is a place worthing a second visit.Genuine Expedia guest review

A warm welcome awaits from Nancy and Rickey. They know and are proud of their area and are pleased to share places to see and places to eat. Breakfast was good and we were made to feel at home. Coffee in the morning to help ourselves and enjoy in the lounge. Beach chairs and towels available to use whilst thereGenuine Expedia guest review

"Honeysuckle Hill - Picturesque Cape Cod B&B"

My girlfriends and I chose Honeysuckle Hill for our weekend getaway to the Cape. The B&B is lovely - beautiful grounds, classic Cape Cod architecture, quaint rooms, and sincerely kind service. Nancy and Rick establish a welcoming atomsphere, a yummy breakfast, and helpful ideas for making your stay everything you'd want during a trip to the Cape. No need to worry about bringing beach chairs, towels, and beach bags - they have them at the ready for you. We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem and will return for our next trip to the Cape.

Great couples retreat for us. Delightful historic B&B on Cape Cod. Exactly what we were looking for. Service and ambiance was excellent! It was also close to the ferry to Nantucket so it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Loved everything about this inn! The location was great & is in one of the prettiest parts of the Cape. Our room was wonderful, the breakfasts divine & they were so helpful with advice on things to see and do and places to eat. We followed their advice and had a perfect stay on the Cape. The perfect balance of helpfulness while still giving you your privacy. They really were the perfect hosts & we would certainly recommend this lovely B & B.

My boyfriend and I have never been to a B&B and this place has definitely set the bar high! Nancy and Rick were the most amazing hosts, making sure that all of their guests felt completely at home. Breakfast was always delicious and Rick was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave us some great recommendations for food and sightseeing. Our room couldn't have been more perfect or lovely. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, we are definitely going to plan another trip in the near future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quaint and charming escape. Can't wait to go back!
"Charming B&B with great hosts"

My wife and I spend two nights at the Honeysuckle Hill Inn as a "mini-moon" after our wedding. It's a quiet drive through the cape, where upon approaching the house, we noticed immediately how well kept and quaint the yard and gardens were. The curb-appeal is very inviting and gets guests in a positive frame of mind before even walking in the door. Rick and Nancy first gave a two-minute walk through the house and an overview of timing and logistics (i.e. when breakfast would be served). Rick was extremely helpful in advising hot spots on the cape to visit, even mapping out several spots and activities to make a day-trip. Nancy cooked up two fantastic meals for us: a breakfast pizza and ricotta pancakes. I would certainly go back and would recommend the Honeysuckle Hill Inn to friends and family.

Our hosts were kind, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived (very early) to the moment we left (also early morning). I had arranged this romantic weekend getaway for my wife's birthday, and so she could experience beach off-roading in her new Jeep for the first time. Rick and Nancy took time from their morning preparations on our arrival to ensure we knew where the beach gear we could borrow was, and where we could leave the roof and doors from our Jeep in their garden. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious, elegant, comfortable and clean. Recommendation for 6-footers like myself: mind your head going down the stairs! Just part of the charm of the lovely old architecture. The breakfast was absolutely gourmet, and they sent us off with a bag of muffins and fruit "for the road" when we had to leave early Monday morning to get back to the real world. My only advice to them would be to brew a more substantial coffee to match up to their wonderful cooking. We look forward to visiting again!
"Great Place Full of Charm"

This is a great B&B right on Route 6A. Our room was beautiful, complete with huge tub, king-sized bed, view of the fabulous garden and air conditioning. The hosts were very friendly and full of local information and recommendations. We were there for a photography package, including a tour and photo tips from a great professional photographer. He was very helpful and easily adapted to changing weather conditions. We had a great time. The breakfasts were really special, but my food allergies prevented me from enjoying them. Make sure you let the hosts know if you have similar restrictions ahead of time.

My Wife and I stayed at the Inn this past weekend and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The innkeepers Rick and Nancy were polite and accommodating from the time we showed up until our departure. The room was comfortable and spacious including our own separate entrance. Breakfast was served in the morning at a reasonable time and was tasty, filling, and unique. While we ate our breakfast Rick and Nancy took the time to sit with us and point out shops, beaches, and even the prime spot for my Wife and I to catch a sunset. Even when we were leaving they were able to give us a descriptive and informative action plan for our Boston trip. Our trip to Cape Cod was special in itself and the stay here made it an experience we will never forget. Highly, Highly recommended.
"Coming back soon"

I spent a very enjoyable weekend in Honeysuckle Hill. The place is very nice and quiet. Food is excellent. As a European, used to drink espresso in the morning, I appreciated very much a quality of coffee served for a breakfest. The major argument however, to visit Honeysuckle Hill again are unusual hosts of this B&B. Dear Nancy and Rick, thank you very much for your kind hospitality, for taking care of my trips to show me with insider know-how the beauty of the Cape Cod. You even fully equiped me for a nice afternoon at the beach. Thank you for a great choice of restaurants. I will try to come back soon. This time only for pleasure.
"Beautiful B&B with gracious hosts"

The B&B was lovely, beautifully decorated and welcoming. A beacon on a dark & cold night. Sadly, I only stayed one night and it was very relaxing until this consistent tapping started as soon as I got into bed. I managed to get to sleep, but thought I was going crazy. In the morning, I was informed that Woody Woodpecker was on the night shift. Aside from that it's a very peaceful location. It's very much like visiting a beloved aunt's house. The room has a softish bed and small TV, the bathroom has a shower, okay towels and nice Tea Olive toiletries. There's no luggage rack, iPod dock, fridge or microwave. However, there is free parking and WIFI. Rick & Nancy were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was worth waking up for. I recommend this B&B for a quiet/romantic getaway.
