Stay was excellent. Rate was one of the best I could find and the hotel is delightful. had tea in the lobby- and service was excellent. Sheets, pillows, bed and amenities were all top- notch. In walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants (and heard rave reviews on restaurant under the hotel which I will definitely check out next trip).+S

Very pleased with the Y. This hotel sits in the best location in HK next to hotels costing 2 to 3 times thier price. Get the harbour view room - it's worth the extra dollars espectially for the light show each night. Breamfast uffet was an extra bonus. We will stay here next time!

Good: large room (Nathan Grand room) for HK, location, ease of getting around, hotel that covers all the basics well. This is not the Grand Hyatt but does everything well at less than half the price. You will not find a fancy bar, or restaurant, or 5 star service, etc but if you only need a nice, efficient place, this is it. Bad: the worse part of the hotel is the restaurant service. The breakfast food quality was ok, with lots on the buffet bar but it may not appeal to everyone. Service was HK standard, where they seem to talk loud (i.e. yell) at each other when talking. Improve this area and the hotel might do even better. Oh, the freeinternet is horrendous. I would always lose the signal and have to log in over and over. Quite frustrating. Even going to the lobby require login again.

The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. House keeping is done 7 dáys a week, great location, close to public transport (except trains) and good views.

バスルームの排水が悪く溢れ出し、夜だったためフロントに降りていつも夜いる男性に話すと針金のようなものを渡されこれで排水溝を突けば直ると言われたのみ。他は何も対応なし。諸々サービスと言えるものはなく、ホテルと思うと腹立たしい。

入住的那幾天剛好跨年，樓上有外國人在狂歡跳地板超級吵，飯店沒制止，不過飯店服務非常的好，有要求都會馬上達成，冰箱及房間的食物飲料全都免費！唯一的問題就是飯店入住都以外國人及當地人為主，飯店服務人員幾乎不說中文，只說廣東話及英文，若台灣人入住需值得注意，先備妥英文詢問事項，或請一個當地人陪同，否則溝通上一定有困難。

Workers are really nice.Rooms and stuffs that they offer are amazing. Beautiful rooms. Just the problem was the shower. Water got flooded in the bathroom.They should definitely have to fix the problem in the room where I stayed. Also when I opened the curtain, I saw the cemetary right in front.

콘도형태의 호텔이라 장기투숙자나 음식을 직접 해먹기에 괜찮음. 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있어 MTR이용을 할 수 없으나 버스로 이용하면 됨. 도로와 인접해 있어서 방음시설이 되어 있지 않은 듯 늦은 밤까지 시끄러움.

We stayed three nights in one of the hotel's suite. The room was clean and big but the bed was awful. It was hard as a rock. On the first night we woke because our neighbors were fighting. It took two hours in the middle of night. In the morning I found out that they live there. So I wish you luck if you get the same room as we did. The other noise […] problem was that our room was on the 20th floor but we could here every traffic movement downstairs (and of course i mean windows were closed). Then the breakfast... It's white bread with butter, yogurt, instant coffee and that's it. The hotel location was not convenient for us. There were nothing to see on that area. It costs around 70-80 HKD/one way to go to Central or Stanley. Read more
