    For anyone wanting to enjoy the heart of Nantucket this is the perfect location. The staff could not have been nicer. Only complaint would be that for... the cost of room at JCH igt seems they might have fresh muffins or such from the bakery that is within sight of the front door. If you are traveling with more than one person be sure to check which room you are getting and how large it is. The location was absolutely perfect-walking distance from the ferry and right in the thick of things!     I had a great time at the Jared Coffin House. the hosts and front desk people were very helpful and nice. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is great, very close the hy-line ferry wharf. only problem I had was that the bed was a little to loud, if you know what i'm saying. We probably made some people blush downstairs.

    What an absolutely outstanding inn. All of the staff went out of their way to make certain that our stay was perfect. We cannot thank them enough and hated to leave. Did I mention that the beds were incredibly comfortable?!!!

    This historic inn was a treat to be able to stay at for such a great price. Nantucket is pretty exclusive, NYC rates basically for lodging. So finding an off season rate was great. The room was nice and the staff was very pleasant.     The restaurants at the Jared Coffin have definitely gone downhill in the past few years. There used to be a wonderful pub in the basement and that closed in 2005. I was looking forward to a nice seafood salad on the patio but the patio was not open and was under repair and they no longer serve that salad. Instead there is one restaurant and that is […] Chinese. I don't know many people who go to Nantucket for Chinese food! Also the restaurant is totally void of any atmosphere.     とても便利な場所にあって、部屋も清潔できれいなのだけれど、メインの美しいビルは、夏しかオープンしない。それで冬は、隣の事務所兼ホテルに泊まることになっている。事務所のオフィスアワーは、夜７時までで、そのあとは誰もいない。機械が壊れたり、寒いという苦情を言いたくても、誰もいないので、来てもらうのにも電話をかけて、呼ばないといけない。それで日本人には、少し面倒だと思われる。
