Winter prices are very reasonable. Spring, Summer and Fall prices double. Room is clean for nonsmokers. The heater works but runs off and on all night. Breakfast is instant coffee machine, milk, corn flakes or Fruitloops, stale mini donuts and muffins. If you are just looking for a bed and a good night sleep this is all that is offered here.

All of the hotel staff members were polite, helpful and went out of their way. Our room was clean. Free breakfast was generous and healthy. Free wi-fi... in the room is a big plus for me when I travel. I hate having to ask the front desk to comp. it so it's nice that it was included. At check-in, the desk person reviewed every benefit of staying there - breakfast, pool, wifi login - ending with "please let us know if there is anything you aren't satisfied with". I believe they meant it. My husband left his toiletry kit behind, when he called they couldn't find it. My family needed a clean room in a convenient location so we could get dinner and shop nearby as needed. The Hampton Inn at Kingston was perfect. Located close to many stores and eating establishments, we could visit a different ski center each day within 45-60 minutes drive. Had we stayed at a lodge in the mountains, we would have very limited options […] for dining and shopping, and we would still need to drive long distances to some of the mountains. No complaints about cleanliness, but walls and ceiling are paper thin. Heard small children laughing and playing until midnight above us. Heard adults talking in next room - I could almost hear what they were saying. They were up until after midnight and up before 7 on Sunday morning. Breakfast was very nice.

We have been staying at Hampton Inn hotels for years and are rarely disappointed. The hotel was clean, easy to find, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and well organized. My only complaint would be that there weren't as many breakfast selections at this location as we typically see at other locations.

I am just a working class guy who usually uses vacation time to do overdue home repairs. This time I drove with the wife and two grown boys for over 30 hours to visit the family back home. I looked for hotel reviews on line and settled on the Hampton Inn. I made the reservations sight unseen. The place was great. It was very clean and easy to get to. […] It had everything we needed. The room was a small double but we all fit and slept great. The bathroom was big enough for all our stuff. (we stayed there 7 nights). The free breakfast was ample, diverse and good. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small indoor pool and an exercise room. We even used the laundry facility. There was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. I have stayed in Motels before here and there in my life. Those dives usually cost around $50.00 a night for just one. This place was less than three times that for all four of us and it was a hundred times better. I will definitely be staying there again. Read more

Room was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful in locating a restaurant for us. We enjoyed Armadillo's mexcan food.

It was farther from Hyde Park than we were led to believe from Mapquest. Would have gone to Fishkill instead. That being said this hotel was great, staff very nice, details of the hotel were better than most. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very affordable.

Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. Nice indoor pool and business center. Continental breakfast was good with a spacious eating area. Several stores and restaurants in the immediate area including CVS, Target, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Friendly's. About a 10 minute cab ride to Headless Horseman Haunted House.

We had a great stay and they were very nice, we spent a few days here because of hurricane Sandy and they were most accommodating and flexible. we would definitely come back and use this brand again.

Our stay was great! This hotel is close to several stores like WalMart and CVS which is great. The room was really clean and the beds really comfortable. My only complaint was the noise. There is a train track right by the hotel.. :( Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Kingston, clean, fun and we will stay here again. The manager of the hotel was fantastic, she always had a nice word to say to everyone. She was a very hands on manager. She would clean tables and check to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. She was tremendous..........
