The water in the shower could not be regulated and it was very hot, too hot. We called and since there was not any maintenance staff on site that late, they found a new room for us. We were upgraded to a very nice room.

Check in location is confusing. It is on the second floor and you need to take a lift. Printer paper for computer area could not be loaded because it was locked. Had to go back to the check in area to get a boarding pass to print out.

We walked in on the ground floor, the desk was not manned and we had to find someone to tell us the check in was upstairs. Our room was quiet and clean for the few hours we stayed. The in room coffee pot didn't work. Any of the help that we met or spoke to were very nice and all were helpful.

The most aggravating issue was the late shuttle when we had a flight to catch. After standing around for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, one of us had to go to the desk and get someone to find the driver. Second was an erronious charge for the room that showed up on our credit card which we did not authorize and which had actually been prepaid. […] Staff at the desk during check in was brisk and not very helpful. Only good point was a nice, helpful waiter in the restaurant. Odd, out of the way location (unless you have an early flight the next day), but one of the nicest hotels in Ireland. Mod cool hip and very well done. I ate at the restaurant at the hotel and it was pretty good. Only complaint was a pretty slow wi-fi.

I was there just overnight before flying back to the States. All was well with the hotel, a nice bar/lounge and restaurant, a comfortable room, attentive and courteous staff, and efficient shuttle service to the airport which could be walking distance if desired.

The shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport was a disaster. I am 7 months pregnant and I had to wait one hour in the rain for the bus, which didn't stop where they told me it would and when it did come it had a sign on it that was so small I couldn't notice at a distance, so I missed that one too. The receptionist, Niall, was impatient with me on […] the phone when I got upset, but nice in person when I eventually got to the hotel. The other issue was that the restaurant was very disorganized. I had to wait 10 mins for a server to take my order. Then 40 mins later my food arrived but it was not what I ordered. The brought back a badly cooked piece of salmon 10 mins later on top of the now cold mashed (and overly salted) potatoes. Brekfast the next morning was also not good. This hotel was a total pleasant surprise. One of two that are closest to the airport and yet no noise from aircraft. The room was the nicest of any room we had during a month stay in Ireland: large, roomy, and easily controlled air conditioning that didn't fluctuate like so many. Not in Centre City Cork AT ALL (which is evident in that it's an Airport Hotel) but the room we had was AWESOME and it was an easy drive to Kinsale, which I think is a far better place to see/visit than the main city of Cork anyway! New and clean, free parking!

I was so impressed. My mother had stayed there last year and highly recommended Cork International Hotel. I had a 7am flight and had no problem getting to the airport by 5:30am. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport took only a minute.

We only stayed over night since we were leaving out of Cork early the next morning. My hotel room was a huge suite! I have never seen a room so huge! My husband and I had a huge king size bed. There were 2 other single beds too. My 17 year old son was with us and could choose the bed he wanted! There were 2 separate bathroom areas. One with a toilet […] and tub with shower and sink, the other with a shower stall and sink. It was fantastic that 2 of us could get ready at the same time! I was thrilled with our experience at this hotel and loved our stay! I wish we were there longer. My parents also stayed in a double room which had 2 large beds (queen size I think) . I arrived in Cork airport mid morning the hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the terminal but the hotel shuttle was already outside the airport and I was checking in within 5 minutes. This was my third time staying at the hotel, nice surprise I was upgraded to an executive room by Brid at the front desk. The room was very large with a balcony and had […] everything I needed. Our stay was wonderful. The room was cosy and sparkling clean. The only setback was the absence of toothbrush and past which was essential tools. The hotel provides shuttle services to the airport from 4 am onward. Unknowingly to the customers, they also prepared simple breakfast meal to customers before they leave for airport in the early morning.

Only an overnight stop, but was picked up from terminal, greeted well, checked in by receptionist for tomorrows early flight, and arranged wake up call and shuttle back to airport. All this helped by charming receptionists. Also enjoyed a wholesome bar meal.Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in around 7:00pm and were greeted by and professional staff at reception. When we asked about transportation to the airport we were so please to know that they offer a free shuttle bus service early in the morning 5:30 am. In the morning were greeted by friendly staff and offer us tea & coffee and Danish pastries...self service at the lounge where we waited for the hotel shuttle bus.
