We had read good reviews on tripadvisor on this hotel but they had failed to mention how the certain rooms had trash like order which the staff blamed it on the river and hot weather. I had read how it was so close to the train station but it was not very easy to locate. The rooms were great, a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a living room, sitting area and kitchenette. The only downside to this hotel is the location. It is right behind the train station, which was convenient, not the nicest neighborhood, but not terrible either. The front desk staff was ok, not particularly friendly, but helpful if asked.

This was a pleasant surprise, very different from Europe standards, Huge room, brand new. The Hotel outside looks old but inside is like an oasis. The neighborhood is not so nice, in front of the train station but only 3 blocks away from downtown. Great breakfast buffet, very well appointed decoration.

The first thing you notice about this hotel is that the rooms are very large. You have the main bedroom and another separate living room with two bathrooms total. This hotel has two front doors, one for the suites and one for the hotel accommodation. The entrance for the suites is not well marked so look for three flags above the door. They have now updated google maps with the correct location which was wrong at the time we arrived. Lots of resteraunts close by and easy walking to all the main attractions. On arrival the lady who checked us in was very helpful and told us we had been upgraded from a standard to a luxury suite, so we were v excited to see the room. We had 2 bathrooms including a jacuzzi bath, a living room with an integrated kitchen and a good size bedroom & balcony. We also had a large complimentary bottle of water which is always nice. […] Both nights we went to the bar for drinks to take back to our suite - both times we had a very helpful bar-man called Sami who kindly brought them to our room. The location from the SMN Stazione Firenze could not be better - literally across the road (from the back/underground tunnel entrance, near the tram stop) - and don't be fooled by the 'older' looking exterior - this hotel is modern and very good. Läget är pefekt med endast 10 min promenad till Ponte Veccio. Vi fick connected rooms vilket passade oss perfekt med två grabbar (8, 10 år) som fick eget rum med eget badrum. I det ena rummet var badrummet stort och hade två handfat samt utgång till balkong med utsikt över Centralstationen i Florence. Frukosten var bra och den trendiga baren utgjorde […] en perfekt miljö med sina växter som frukostmatsal. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Valet parking fungerade bra och kostade inte mycket i jämförelse med de parkeringsutrymme som finns stadskärnan. ミラノ、ベネチア、フィレンツェ、ローマと泊まったホテルの中で1番のホテルでした。駅近で場所もわかりやすく、内装もとても綺麗でアメニティも申し分なかったです！ しかも、朝食は豪華なビュッフェで、野菜やスープまであったのは4つ星でもここだけでした。(ミラノ、ローマも4星だったのですが。) 朝食の場所が隣のホテルと共同なのか？遠かったです。不便に感じたのはそれだけ。 快適でした。

部屋に入る左にベットルーム右にリビングがありそれぞれドアで仕切られていて、各部屋にバスルームが１室ずつあり、広々と快適に滞在出来ました。 受付は対応が丁寧というかのんびりで、アットホームな印象。レストランの予約をお願いしたら快く引き受けてくださいました。 スーツケースが重かったので、駅から近い立地もとても有難かったです。 アウトレットに行ったのですが、バス発着所のSITA社のバスセンターまで徒歩１分位でしたので、焦ることなく早めに移動出来ました。 お部屋も清潔にされており、宿泊料に対して朝食も比較的種類豊富でしたので大満足です。次回もぜひ滞在したいと思います。

フィレンツェへは初めての旅行でした。ミラノよりユーロスターでの移動のため SMN駅に近いホテルを優先して決めました。 部屋のサイズは寝室とリビングのふた部屋に分かれており、フィレンツェのホテルの中でも大きな部屋と思います。 スーツケース2個をリビングに置けたため、寝室は快適に過ごすことができました。 ネット環境は全く問題なく快適に動作しました。もちろん無料です。 フィレンツェの街が大変小さい町のため、各観光名所に対しても徒歩にて移動できたのが良かったです。 各種イタリア料理をたくさん食べたかったかため、朝食付きを選択しませんでした。

サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅や郊外のアウトレット行きのバスターミナルのすぐそばに位置するため移動に非常に便利。部屋は普通のスイートルームでも2部屋あり、片方がメインのベッドルーム、もう一方がエキストラベッドにすることも可能なソファのあるスペースとなっている。そして両部屋にバストイレもあり、部屋全体としてはかなり広い。バスの音などはほとんど気にならなかった。

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage kein Lärm und die Suit war sauber und schön wie neu. Beide Bäder hatten eine Dusche und es gab genügend Platz für alles. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer war hervorragend und der Zimmer Servic immer freundlich. Im Gesamten würde ich das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen !!!!!!!!

全室リビング、キッチン、２つのバスルームがついています。１泊目はツインが空いていなかったので２泊目に部屋を移りました。部屋によって広さにかなりの違いがあるようですが、一般的なイタリアのホテルよりはかなり広いです。ただ、大通りやバスターミナルに面しているので、低い階だと夜でも騒音があります。できるだけ高層階にしてもらえるようにチェックイン時に頼んだほうがいいと重います。 立地も駅徒歩１～２分の便利なところにあります。フィレンツェ自体が小さい町なので観光スポットにもすべて徒歩で行けます。 １つ難点があるとすれば、バスルームの掃除があまり行き届いていない感があるところでしょうか。でもフロントに言えば翌日には改善されているので、何かあったときはお願いすればいいと思います。
