Absolutely fabulous. Love this hotel and the room service was great. :) Will definitely stay again when there are discounted rates like this time.

This place is so comfortable and the innkeepers are there for anything you need and do friendly. "Second visit within few months"
What can i say, we have stayed at many places, this is the one in the orange county area to stay at, Bill and Joe are very nice people and go out of your way for you. The food is excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable. The view is too die for. We dont regret anytime we go here. We enjoy B&Bs and selected this one based on price and proximity to lakes of northern NJ where we planned to kayak. This was hands-down one of the nicest we've stayed in: well-maintained, furnished beautifully, and lovely country setting. "No room at the Inn"
Inn looked perfectly nice for a but the room we had reserved was changed without our approval and the manager was quite defensive and accusatory when we asked what had happened.Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Inn at Stony Creek We at The Inn at Stony Creek do everything possible to accommodate our guests. The night before the reservation, we had a heavy rainstorm and the carpet in this particular room became wet. Upon arrival we explained what happened to the guests, but they wanted that room only. They were not happy with the circumstances, became agitated, and wouldn't accept any other room we offered. We at Stony Creek will not put any Guest in a room that is not up to standards. We hope that future guests will understand that this situation was out of our control. The guests were not charged and were even offered a free night and declined to take it.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im B&B verbracht und man hat sich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Joe und Bill haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. So haben sie uns Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen und uns die Wegbeschreibung dazu erklärt. Das Frühstück war der Hammer - very delicious!!! Das Zimmer ist sehr liebvoll ausgestattet, […] so wie das ganze Haus. Sollten wir dort wieder in der Nähe Urlaub machen (Woodbury wir kommen :)), werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dort nächtigen. Dopo tante ore di guida arrivare al B&B di Bill è stato come un sogno, in mezzo a una campagna dove la sera le lucciole danzano tra gli alberi c'è una casetta curata e accogliente che non dime3nticheremo.
