The only thing wrong was that the pillows needed to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a computer in the lobby so guests could check their email, but we sould normally have had pour laptop with us.

Rooms were nice and big but sheets seemed like they havnt been chaged out daily. The people at the front desk needs some more work on their customer service. Will not be staying at the place again gonna find another place to stay next time my family and I are in town.

Floor and chairs were filthy. Sheets and blankets had burn holes in them. The air conditioner had fowl order. I will never stay there again.

Not much to complain about here, but also not a great deal to brag about. I chose this location based on a combo of price and the level of positive consumer comments, so for our purposes (just a place to crash while visiting kids at camp) it worked out. There were some things that could have been better. For instance, the mattresses were not very comfortable, […] and the lavatory faucet took some getting used to, as the hot and cold were opposite from what we were accustomed to. This was a last minute booking for the same time as the Kerrville Music festival. Really decent staff and a good, clean room with a comfortable bed. They allowed us the extra hour after checkout that we needed to recover from the Festival! I'd stay again, without a doubt.

Rooms needed cleaning, floors were nasty. wifi didn't work. never could get them to fix it. tv keep going out. very noisy extra quests and managment didn't do anything about it. hard to get them on phone. no food machines and drink machines not working... Enough said...

The hotel room was clean but not stocked well but it was easy to find and conveniently located for what we planned to do on the weekend. The breakfast was extremely average with most of the items gone (and not restocked) when we came down to get breakfast. Also, I felt like we were an inconvenience with the front desk people who were far more concerned […] with being on the phone and getting a rebate form for something for their mother. I didn't even know when the lady was talking to me as she just continued with her conversation on the phone. As someone who has been in the service industry a very long time I thought that the front desk person was rude and obviously not interested in my business. This hotel doesn't seem concerned about their guests stay as much as other hotels that I have stayed with in the past. So when I'm back in the area I will choose to stay at another hotel along the same street who does want (and appreciate) my business. Read more

we started out on a bad note...had reserved a non-smoking room. we were given a FILTHY, SMELLY, TRASHED, SMOKING room. After phoning hotels.com to request a refund...The hotel had a "cancellation" and gave us a beautiful non-smoking king. Exactly as we had reserved. Bathroom had a roach 'motel" behind the toilet, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests- I had to write a note for the staff to vacumn under the bed and they still did not move the chair and vacumn the crumbs on the floor there. Refrigerator in the room was completetly unplugged when we got there. Bathroom had been painted and taped […] for painting- but when the tape was removed you could see the old dirty paint. It was a very nice motel. The grounds were very clean and the front office people were very nice and helpful. We were able to get our room keys quickly after a drive and get unloaded and into the room with no interruption and start to cool down after a hot drive down. It was nice to be able to relax in a nice room with plenty of cool air to chill out […] with. The city is nice and clean and very beautiful. I would definitely come back another time. Excellent value with limited amenities. Very clean older style unit covenient to all businesses in Kerrville. While the continental breakfast is not extravagent, juices, fresh waffles and pastries are available.

Bugs in the sink that until you turned the light on looked like coffee grounds. Bugs in the bath tub. Bugs on the floor, didn't want to walk without socks. I even stepped on a bug. Just a flat out discusting room that smelled like cigarettes. Will never stay there again.

The deskclerk was very nice. The room was marginal. The bathroom had dirt in all the corners, the tub was stained. Overall, I simply refused to bathe in that shower and wore my shoes all the time because the floor was so bad, I was afraid to go barefoot.

Economy was HIGH on our needs for just a single night stay. The property is older, but has been maintained rather well. Our room was clean, a/c was cool, shower was hot, bed was comfy. The pillows need to be replaced, but everything else was fine. The room was 'effecient' ( small, but not cramped ). It was also pleasantly quieter than expected.

The floor is so dirty our feet were black almost in an instant. Other than that all else was OK. For the condition of the hotel, the dirty floor, I would say the room is over priced by about $15.00 per night before taxes.

Did not fit my standards. I booked based onto the peoples' reviews, but I did not like it. Very small room, strange smell in the room. Good they thought of the toothbrush as I forgot mine. Breakfast not very fancy and the pillows gave me a strong neck pain the day after.

This hotel was pretty much standard. Nothing fancy, good enough for a short stay if you're passing through, but I can't say anything better. The rooms seemed to be rather well maintained but the decor was extremely dated, the shower curtain was ugly and let in very little light to the shower area (which the bathroom was dark enough as is) and the bed […] and pillows were stiff and uncomfortable.
