Good price. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Had a great experience at the Fairfield Inn and Suites The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. Great location for the Outlets. We had dinner at the nearby Bob's Burgers and Brew at the hotels front desk recommendation, great meal! I'd say this hotel was excellent value for money. Would stay there […] again for sure! The staff was awesome, and the hotel was beyond what we expected! Highly recommended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a great place to stop on our late arrival, courteous staff, spacious, clean, comfortable and relatively quiet rooms and the breakfast was good, there were enough choices for all in our party.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean, comfortable and convenient"
The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and the front desk staff were very hospitable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I would definitely return if I were to ever be traveling this road again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Handicap room was huge"
We were in the mobility impaired room which was huge. Lots of room in the bathroom. Internet worked very well. Wish there was a table to sit at.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Close to shopping and ferry!"
We come down every year to shop at the outlet malls so although this is just a little north of Burlington it worked out grea and it was cheaper than the other two chains in the area (Hilton/HI)! Went to Bob's burgers and brews which was actually good but the breakfast was nothing special. Overall would stay again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Booking trough Hotel.com and prepaying saved us us about 12%. Thanks.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient location to "Ride to Conquer Cancer""
Stay was great, nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes. Very wet and rainy for our "Ride to Conquer Cancer". One thing if I could comment on need a shuttle bus.....When I phoned in September I was told there was one. I called a 1-800 number last year to book....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good location for an overnight stay"
We were returning to Vancouver from Orcas Island and wanted to spend some time enjoying the Tulip Festival in Skagit County. Booking an overnight stay at this hotel was perfect. This meant we could extend our time at the tulip farms, which we enjoyed very much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Place to stay, yummy breakfast, no hassle!"
12/20/14 TheFunMom1012 Burlington, Washington
I recently stayed at this hotel after my company Christmas party, held at Bob's Burger and Brew across the parking lot. It was so convenient and check in was a breeze. Breakfast was ready even before the 7am start time which I really appreciated since I had to dash off to work. The breakfast gal, Emi, was so helpful with carrying my items to my table (of which there are many!!) and Maddisyn the front desk gal was very sweet. Bed was incredibly comfortable, room had a mini fridge in it to stash my left overs (Bob's portions are HUGE), and the towels were nice and plush! I also loved that it was super easy to hop on the freeway and head out for the day. I did not experience any noise issues, even being right next to the breakfast area/lobby. They even had real cream and flavored creamer for my coffee, as well as super handy to go cups. My room was ready before I got there and I was able to drop off my things before heading over to the party, which was so convenient. I'll definitely be back, thank you all for making my night even more fun and relaxing :D
"Good breakfast..easy freeway access"

This was our second stay here for Thanksgiving/Black Friday shopping. The rooms are relatively clean and the breakfast was hot and well varied. The freeway is easy to access which is great but the location is a little north of town.
"We'll Be Back"
12/01/14 JoandGar Edmonton, Canada
We only stayed one night, but our experience was very good and we will definitely stay here again. Check-in was fast. We asked for the top floor and that was not a problem. I had read reviews about the noise from the i5 hwy and trains, but neither bothered us. The room was a bit tight compared to other hotels we've stayed in (we had 2 Queens), but we were not there to spend time in the room, so not a problem. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The room was clean and the best thing was, I could control the heat very easily. We have stayed at other hotels and even though they have a so-called thermostats, they just don't work as good as the one in the Fairfield did. We had a meal at Bob's Burgers and Brew next to the hotel and it was really good and very convenient. Parking was ample out front of the hotel. We were in Burlington to shop. Even though the hotel is not in the thick-of-things for shopping it's a short, easy drive to and from. The only complaint, is breakfast is only served until 9am (it was a week day). I may be open until 9:30 or 10am on weekends, but that doesn't help those of us during the week, that was inconvenient in our morning I must say. However, we will stay here again without hesitation and would recommend to family and friends.
"Excellent Customer Service"
11/30/14 TJ C Tacoma, Washington
As the coach of a college basketball team, I had one of my best travel experiences at the Fairfield - Burlington. I was quoted the best rate up front, and breakfast and dining services were clean, well-stocked and well-serviced. When our travel plans changed unexpectedly, Kayla and Bradley were extremely amenable and accommodating. Fairfield Inn will be the first place I look when traveling to Burlington in the future.
"Too many Tesla charging stations!"
11/20/14 juneroses Victoria, Canada
I would have given the hotel a higher score but due to having a electric car that is NOT a Tesla made it a bit of an inconvience for us as we had to charge elsewhere-miles away. The Marriott hotel(s)should have at least installed a couple of universal charging stations. I would suggest that both Marriott and Tesla look into this matter. It´s ridiculous to have 8 Tesla-only chargers on the property and not one single universal one for other electric cars. :/ I´ve only saw one Tesla car charging and they weren´t hotel guests either. Other than that..the hotel was good despite the pillows were too floppy and there was a restaurant next door to it called ´Bob´s Burgers and Brew´ which served very good food and family friendly too.
"Bare Bones Fairfield Inn"
11/11/14 Fastsailor Lake Forest, Illinois
Clean but bare bones Fairfield Inn along I-5 in Burlington, WA. Nicer than usual food service area and friendly staff but literally the smallest Marriott room of any brand i have ever stayed despite pretty broad experience given my Lifetime Platinum Marriott status. Location is less than a half hour from the Anacortes Ferry Terminals for those accessing the San Juan Islands. Try to stay in rooms on south side of the hotel to limit highway noise.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The best part about our rooms (now I'm showing my age), the beds were the most comfortable I ever experienced in a hotel that wasn't three times their rate!
"Convenient and close to everything"
10/24/14 suziem vancouver, canada
We stayed at this hotel by buying a Groupon and it was well worth it --even without the coupon! Check in was quick and easy and the hotel is right off the I-5 and easy to find. Our room was spacious and clean. Free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hrs a day. There's ample free parking and the wi fi is included with your stay. Right on the property is a Bob's Burgers and Brew. About a block away is a drive through Starbucks and there is a drive through espresso shack on the hotel's property if you need your caffeine fixes! There is a pretty good breakfast that is included with the stay too. The morning we stayed, we had make your own waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, and other fruit. Please note that although they offer a hot breakfast, there is NO restaurant onsite during other operating hours. If you take a short five to ten minute drive you are close to Costco, Cascade Mall, Walmart, Old Navy, and of course the Burlington Outlet Mall. It's a shopper's paradise without having to venture further south to Seattle or the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall. Our only suggestions for the hotel is to improve the speed of the free wi fi and to get rid of the disposable plates and cutlery and be more "earth friendly". Also, there was no where to compost and recycle after eating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we thank the staff for being friendly and efficient!

We are so impressed by the level of friendliness, helpfulness and overall service we have received from the staff here. We had a couple of questions that needed solving, which they readily did, along with a warm and welcoming smile! Their service makes the trip so much better. And pet friendly...YAY!
