Hotel Perla De Andalucia - Granada (province)

We enjoyed the stay and think the Hotel Andalucia offers exceptional value. The wifi is strong and fast, the balcony nice, and the breakfast was far more extravagant than expected (especially at our low rate). We asked for information on a hike at the front desk and were advised on a fantastic 2 hour hike down to the castle and beyond. It is close to many restaurants, including a great restaurant just outside (to the right and next to an ice cream shop). Of course, if you are looking for an exceptional meal, head to Cafe Health Bar which is conveniently ten minutes away (and a fine walk even in the rain).

Our apartment was very well equipped with big terrace and wonderful view. On the contrary, our friends have stayed in an apartment with almost no kitchen utilities and old furniture. Apart of that, three of seven days we together stayed there, in front of their terrace a big maintenance truck was parked just in front of their terrace.

The service and location were impeccable. We will be staying here when return.

Lovely hotel in a quaint beach town. The majority of people visiting this town (and at the hotel) were British, so English is widely spoken. The grounds are beautiful and there is a great pool (supposedly opens June 1st, but we were there the last week of May and it was already open), as well as an escalator that takes you down the cliff to the beach. The beach in front of the parador is one of the nicest in Nerja, although still rocky near the water's edge. It's an easy walk to the more commercialized area of town - about 5 minutes. We only ate breakfast at the parador, which was quite nice, and even included cava and white wine in the buffet. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lawn/fountain, and was quite spacious.
