"Quiet & Relaxing"
Hotel is perfect for a quiet escape, but not convenient to restaurants, activities etc. Hotel food was very expensive $150 buffet diner for 2 without alcohol, $8 water-soda-juice by the pool. Bathroom set up is unique - a roll up shade separates bathroom from the other areas. Shower and toilet areas have frosted glass doors for minimal privacy. excellent service!!!!! nice room~~ however, the food and drinks provided/ available could be nicer, and the pool could be cleaner, apart from these minor issues, the hotel overall is a paradise

"凱賓斯基三亞酒店"
本人於4月1日至4月5日入住凱賓斯基三亞酒店.發生兩件不愉快的事情. 1) 前台服務 本人因Hotels.com的問題,在CHECK IN時未能即時入住酒店, 前台服務員要求本自己私下再預附RMB8500的押金. 而本人於4月2日上午再到酒店前台,要求酒店發出証明敘述事情經過, 但酒店職員多番推搪,並隨意列一些與此事無關的資料給本人,敷衍了事. 本人要花近一個小時及多次強烈要求, 酒店職員才去嘗試完成本人要求. 2) 酒店車輛司機態度惡劣 4月4日晚上 本人向貴酒店服務員預約車輛於4月5日上午7:30 由酒店去鳳凰機場,當時酒店服務員回答預約無問題, 車費RMB35. 4月5日上午7:30 本人準時上車, 在車子啟動後司機說:"車費不是RMB35,而是RMB50. 因為在上午8:00前要收附加費."本人隨即叫停車, […] 回酒店向服務員 查問清楚.該司機即時表示不滿並以惡劣的語氣說:"你們來旅遊, 香港人嗎,15元都不肯付,我今天為了收你們,早上5點多起床,還甚麼,甚麼的....." 本人說:"不是錢的問題,而是我和酒店說好價錢,你不能現在多收" 於是本人就提行李下車.向酒店服務員反映司機的問題,並表示要轉 另一輛汽車.但是司機仍然很不禮貌地說:"你們出來旅遊,發甚麼脾氣, 你們以為在家嗎".雖然最後酒店前台副理能幫本人找另一輛汽車,去機場. 酒店是5星級的, 車隊是酒店的, 為什麼司機可以擅自加費, 為什麼司機自己有錯時可以對客人態度那麼差?酒店是怎樣管理的? "三亚的君澜"
优点：酒店服务很好，环境整洁，房间宽敞，阳台很大，尤其啤酒很好。 缺点：酒店外环境太差，去市区远，好在酒店有定点班车。 如果就在酒店内休闲，是很不错的选择。非常不错的酒店。
"三亚君澜度假酒店-适合带儿童的家庭"
这家酒店的儿童设施很周到齐全。地理位置较偏。酒店餐饮超贵，餐厅的一听可乐45元+15%服务费，不得不每天打的100元（来回）到市中心去用餐。别的都确实不错，私家海滩也不必过街。还是可以推荐给朋友的。
"ОЧЕНЬ ГРЯЗНОЕ МОРЕ (КУПАТЬСЯ НЕЛЬЗЯ)"
Отель шикарный, территория супер, много зелени, оригинальный ландшафт, лучший на Хайнане. Мы были и в Хилтоне и в других 5-ках, но этот не имеет сравнения ни с чем на Хайнане. Пляж огромный, почти нет туристов, но в море КУПАТЬСЯ НЕЛЬЗЯ, ОНО ВСЕГДА ГРЯЗНОЕ. Мы рискнули, результат - я, жена и двое детей вышли из море вымазанные в МАЗУТЕ! Так повторялось […] все время, пока нам на ресепшене не сказали, что купаться НЕЛЬЗЯ. Ни один, повторяюсь, ни один китаец не был замечен в море!!! У нас был этот отель зарезервирован (два номера) на все 10 дней, однако мы решили отправиться на поиски чистого моря, и забронировали другой отель на другом курорте, предварительно выведав, где меньше всего грязи в воде. Однако, проехав почти все курорты по южному побережью Хайнаня, мы выяснили, что море наполнено мусором везде! Чистоты там НЕТ! КУПАТЬСЯ мы не разрешали детям на протяжении всего отпуска. В результате, плюнули на море и уехали в джунгли, там было здорово. ТАК что те, кому нужно море, на Хайнань ехать нельзя!!! МОРЯ ТАМ НЕТ! Read more
