This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.

Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

"Hard mattresses"
This a well run and conveniently located hotel. The one problem was the hardness of the mattresses. This seemed to be common in Italian hotels, but these were particularly hard. If you are used to soft mattresses, this may effect your sleep.

Our room was small but very comfortable. We liked the updated bathroom fixtures. The shower was small (like many showers in Rome). I liked the bed linens, crisp & white. Comfortable mattress. Very helpful hotel staff. One thing I wasn't fond of was that to get the overhead light to stay on in the room, the key card had to be in the slot inside the door. […] Good thing there are separate bedside lights that run separately. Also, the noisy bathroom fan came on when the bathroom light was turned on & couldn't be turned off w/o turning off the light. Great ultra modern hotel, very friendly and helpful concierge who greet you nicely and are able to make reservations. Good breakfast with included espresso and friendly staff. 24 hour bar in lobby. Free internet in lobby and reasonable in room rates, with a decent connection unlike other Italian hotels I have stayed at. Location is very convenient […] to travelers on metro and trains. Short 2 block walk to station in a relatively safe neighborhood. Be sure to buy tickets to airport train in advance because the walk from the main station to the train is very long. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the train station. The room was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. There is a fee to use the internet. Breakfast was good and the service was great. Close to some good restaurants. The hop on bus was very close to the hotel and was great to visit all of the sites.

The hotel is located near the main termini station. Less than 2 minute walk. Very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. They grocery stores in the Termini station. The hotel is very high tech and the room is clean . Ac works really well in the 90 degrees heat. The internet is not free but only cost 2 euros a day or […] 5 euros for entire stay. Breakfast is decent with ham and turkey and eggs. Hotel to the Fumicino airport cost 40 euros by taxi. Train costs 14 euros per person or coach bus costs 6 euros per person. We took the bus. Hotel is in a prime location if you are planning on using the subway or train. Very close to the Colosseum as well. If I ever return to Italy this will be the hotel for me. Very clean, modern and the staff was very helpful as well and fluent in English. No complaints at all. Stayed two nights and loved it!

Located in close proximity to Rome Termini station Yes hotel is good for outreach to major sites. Rooms are very, very small. Breakfast could be much better. A little overpriced with their limited amenities, but it is Rome and everything is expensive.

The staff was very helpful. My luggage was delayed and they were very helpful in contacting the airline and helping me locate my luggage. Internet was available for a fee but they gave us access for free so we could contact the airlines ourself. I would recommend this hotel again to others because it is clean, modern, and decently priced. The front desk staff during the day were very nice and helpful but the evening staff member was mean and rude. I think overall the staff needs to be trained more on how to operate and just places to go in Rome. The airport taxi that we ordered was written […] to the wrong airport and we got charged 25 EUR extra without knowing and paid double what we should have paid. One of the hotel staff members told us an area to go eat for dinner and which bus stop to get off of. My room was absolutely tiny! But it was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located very close to the train station and the surrounding area is uninteresting. The hotel is located very close to the main train station with a direct train leaving to the airport every half hour or so. Breakfast was standard, although it is only offered until 10am and I typically don't get up until then when I am on vacation. Hotel was just as I expected. Close to the rail station, friendly checkin staff and clean efficient rooms. I had a single room in the annex part of the building which was easy to get to. As it is not part of the main building the front desk person will show you to your room the first time (ie no tip is required) after that any help or assistance you […] need to get to room or bags etc you should tip. Room was a little tight but for one or two persons without much luggage no problem. If you are bringing your entire wardrobe and dragging around two suitcases plus your 3 bags of carry on etc then you may want to go somewhere else. Breakfast served in the main building was great. Eggs, bacon, a variety of breads hot coffee, fruit cheese. sliced meats etc. Should not be a problem for anyone but if you are very picky or like to be served hand to mouth again not your first choice in hotels. The Yes Hotel in Rome was great. We were 3 adults in our early 40's that were traveling Italy by train. We needed only one night and this Hotel worked out perfectly for us as all we needed to do was to wheel our luggage less than 10 minutes from the Main Rome Train terminal to the Hotel. The room was very modern to our liking and style. They provided […] an Excellent breakfast with some of the best deli / breakfast meat I had on our vacation. I spent a lot of time reviewing all of the reviews on hotels to find a reasonable, well-located and nice place for a one-night's stay. Yes exceeded our expectations. It was extremely close to the Stazione Termini (a couple blocks walking). We left our luggage and took a metro to explore the city. The hotel is on the city street, so the bank of rooms […] where we were located was two doors down from the service desk entrance. It was well-lit in the front hall, but the only odd thing was we coldn't figure out how to turn the lights on to go down the hall and it was quite dark by the time we got to our room (we weren't concerned as the entrance was secured and required our key to come in from the street and to get to our room). I assume that if we asked the front desk they'd have assisted. If we return to Rome, we will more than likely return to the Yes Hotel. Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Yes Hotel for 5 days during a 2 week Italy vacation, because of the overwhelming positive reviews I read. I thought, why spend more? (I know better now!) I was pleased with the modern look, and the train being so close, but there are a few annoyances that stop me from recommending this hotel to others. They gave us only […] 1 room card (which as you may know you need this card to operate the lights, air conditioning, etc). I like to sleep in, my husband is an early riser. So one morning he was going to go eat breakfast while I got ready (we didn't know the lights would go out almost right away! Just to warn others that may try this! :) ) If they gave us 2 room keys, that would have solved the problem (maybe they would have, but the front desk seemed put off if I asked for anything - like drinking glasses when the cleaning staff did not leave us any). This is very minimal though, I just wanted to warn others about it, since I was taking a shower when the lights went out! My biggest complaint was that we were in the annex, and the outside door slammed very loudly. Naturally this is a hotel so people are coming and going all the time, so the door would slam constantly. It got old. After a couple of days we decided to let the hotel know (we have never complained about a hotel room before, we are not very picky!). When we told the front desk clerk about it, he said he had never heard that before (which I find hard to believe because it was LOUD! And I can seriously sleep through anything!) And he said if he moved us, it would be to a smaller room because we were already upgraded to a triple for no extra cost! (I can not believe our room was supposed to accomodate 3 people! I had no idea it was a triple room! I could not imagine something smaller!) We kept the noisy room, because we both had 2 bags for our 2 week stay in Italy, and we were only there 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located for airport, rail and metro connections. Staff were helpful and the rooms are clean. The bedrooms/facilities are compact and a large person could struggle with the size of the shower cubicle. We found the bed too hard for our liking. Had 3 night stay here, hotel is spotless, lovely buffet breakfast included in the rate, room had 2 single beds, mini-fridge, tv, and good size shower room.
