We stayed at YES hotel for 4 nights and we were so happy with this hotel. The location was very close to the Termini station and the staff was super nice. Then room was very clean and recently renovated. Strongly recommed and I'll be back when I'm in Rome. Much better than 4 star hotel.s

The hotel is located near the main termini station. Less than 2 minute walk. Very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. They grocery stores in the Termini station. Breakfast is decent with ham and turkey and eggs. Hotel to the Fumicino airport cost 40 euros by taxi. Train costs 14 euros per person or coach bus costs 6 euros per person. We took the bus. Would definitely recommend the YES hotel. Close to Termini, which was convenient for the Leonardo express to DaVinci airport. Single rooms were small but am happy to give up the space if rooms continue as they are. Found them very modern and comfortable. Looks like you paid more than you do

Great choice for a reasonably priced hotel within a walk-able distance of most of Rome's must-see sights. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly and the 5 min walk from the Termini station is ideal after the shuttle from the airport. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. Breakfast is also fine.

Hotel is in a prime location if you are planning on using the subway or train. Very close to the Colosseum as well. If I ever return to Italy this will be the hotel for me. This Hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had more variety than a standard continential breakfast one might find in the U.S. and the location was an extremely convienant walk to the train station. Overall very satisfied.

This was our first time in Italy....After arriving by train from the airport, the hotel was an easy 1&1/2 block walk from the station....There were some good restaurants very close.....Breakfast buffet was very good with hot selections....I would recommend this hotel and would use it again

This was a pretty good find in my opinion. the place is right next to termini so that was convenient. there are at least 3 supermarkets next to the place. one just north of the place called conad. one in termini on the ground level next to the trains and a conad convenience store in the basement level. also there are at least 2 internet places right […] around the corner. there is also a money exchange place on that same street. i found that the staff were pretty pleasant. the rooms were good. i would say at a hampton inns level. the breakfast was also fine although i can see how it might get monotonous after a while. but they had eggs and what appeared to be hot dogs in one place, salami, ham and other cheeses on another. there was also plenty of bread and sweets if you're into that stuff. the neighborhood was fine. never felt that this was a bad place to be. anyway, i basically spent 6 nights there at the start of the trip and 2 nights on the return. i would definitely recommend this place. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights in 2 separate rooms during a recent trip to Rome. The hotel has fun modern decor, is very clean, and is on a really nice block close to an ATM and internet cafe. Termini has some sketch streets around it, but Yes is on a really nice block. The breakfast in the morning is great, and there is 24 hour reception which […] comes in Handy. The first few nights we were there our room was a triple (3 twin beds) in a separate entrance than the lobby which was a totally fine. The second time we stayed we had a triple - but this time with 2 rooms attached (a double in one, and 2 twins in the other). If you are a triple - you might want to ask that you have that second set up as it was MUCH more spacious. There is a Mac in the lobby you can pay 5 euro a day to use, or 10 euro for your whole stay. There is also a wifi code - i paid 10 euro for the whole time i was there and used my iphone. Overall nice hotel, definitely not in the main historic area but lovely all the same. Read more

Hotel was just as I expected. Close to the rail station, friendly checkin staff and clean efficient rooms. I had a single room in the annex part of the building which was easy to get to. As it is not part of the main building the front desk person will show you to your room the first time (ie no tip is required) after that any help or assistance you […] need to get to room or bags etc you should tip. Room was a little tight but for one or two persons without much luggage no problem. If you are bringing your entire wardrobe and dragging around two suitcases plus your 3 bags of carry on etc then you may want to go somewhere else. Breakfast served in the main building was great. Eggs, bacon, a variety of breads hot coffee, fruit cheese. sliced meats etc. Should not be a problem for anyone but if you are very picky or like to be served hand to mouth again not your first choice in hotels. Excellent location, rail station with metro connectors less then 5 minutes walk, grocery stores restaurants and bars all within 2 minutes of the front door. We were given a room at the ground floor. Since the hotel is not far from the Roma Termini, it was sort of noisy especially at night or early in the morning. We could hear people walking by with their luggage. The rest was up to standard and the price is very affordable!

Only a 3 minute walk from Rome Termini - the railway and bus hub that connects to the rest of Italy and beyond.
