The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is localed just a block away from sea and a very nice lido. We had a private balcony with a great sea view.

This is a really beautiful villa. The setting and view are stunning and the garden magical. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms, and impeccably clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to be off the main drag in a peaceful setting and as it is above the town it also escapes the intense heat that can build up in the town. The manager is extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it and think it is very good value for money.

Named after the wind-god Aeolus, the seven volcanic islets off Sicily’s northern shores are buffeted by stormy but crystal-clear seas. Aeolian landscapes feature startling rock formations and vivid contrasts – black lava, white pumice and lush green hills. Stromboli’s volcano is still active, its fiery outpourings best seen by boat after dusk. Fashionable Lipari is the main resort, but some prefer Vulcano’s hot springs and sulphur mudbaths.
