The breakfast was quite varied and was included in our price. The hotel was within minutes of the interstate and easy to find. The staff was helpful with directions to attractions we want ed to see.

Hotel was just average. We were greeted by a very unfriendly young woman at the front desk who refused to give us our room before 4:00 PM (their check in time). Having arrived quite tired at 2:00 PM after travelling across the country by air, and driving through NY City traffic, we really needed to get our room. The hotel was quite unoccupied at this time of year, so we knew they had rooms ready. After she consulted with her manager, we got our room. We felt this was no way to treat a tired traveller. On the other hand, the person servicing the kitchen where breakfast was served, was very nice and helpful with a smile on her face and a warm "Good Morning" when we arrived for breakfast. The front desk could take a lesson from her.

Stayed at this hotel with an infant and a toddler for one night while traveling through PA. Found this to be a very good value, hotel is new, clean room and common areas. Friendly staff, great service. Crib was provided at no extra charge. Room had clean microwave and fridge. Our room was on the 1st floor right near lobby but wasn't noisy at all. Hotel even has an indoor pool, though was a bit too cold for children. We chose it for price, and proximity to Crayola Factory, which we stopped at for the day before leaving PA. Hotel is on a busy main road, but as it was just a stopover, this didn't bother us at all, area seemed fine and there were plenty of restaraunts nearby. They also provided a nice continental breakfast with fresh waffles.

Good hotel and a reasonable price. The room we stayed in had a half wall that separated the sofa from the bed area. That was nice except that the TV was in the bedroom area and it made it very difficult to see the TV from that area. Also, the parking lot is on one side of the hotel and is narrow and deep. There were lots of cars when we arrived late and we had to unload the car at the front door and then I had to park the car a 100 yards away. We hadn't eaten, so we had to walk way out to the car and then come back with our food and make the trek again. These are really minor things but I thought they were worth mentioning. I would not hesitate staying there again for one night or several.

I would have reviewed the hotel higher but one day we left the room at 11am and removed the do not disturb from the door and when we returned late at night, the room was never cleaned. It would not have been a big deal but we have 2 kids in diapers and the garbage cans hadn't been emptied the day before either and they were overflowing. Otherwise, the room was nice. The pillows were really flat but the pool is nice and the staff in general was extremely friendly.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we loss sleep both nights we stayed there. Staff was not friendly. The breakfast though was the only good thing about it. Not only was there cereal, bagels and danishes but also hot items like eggs and sausage. You did though have to fight your way through the crowd of people to get your food.

When I booked this room, I wasn't expecting this hotel. I was expecting a typical Best Western. But this hotel was anything but. The room, with two queen beds at the far end of the hall on the first floor, was HUGE. Absolutely huge. The amenities exceeded my expectations, including a small store at the front desk where you could buy things like Excedrin which I desperately needed. I slept through breakfast, however, so I can't judge. But if you're in town for a few nights, this is an excellent place to stay!!

Otherwise inside the hotel was quiet. TV remote control and one one electrial outlet in bathroom that controlled hairdryer did not work. Breakfast included in rate was good but breakfast room is too small.
