Best Western Plus Allentown Inn & Suites by Dorney Park - Allentown

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that a full buffet style breakfast was available to us. The attendant for the buffet was attentive to our needs and very kind. It turned out to be the perfect stopover during our long trip. Yes, we would stay at this Best Western again.

I suggest you don't arrive late like we did otherwise you'll have to park very far away and this matters when it's bone chillingly cold with icy footing and you're carrying a sleeping toddler. Otherwise great place and an outstanding value.

Hotel was very very clean. Room was newly renovated. lots of space and comfortable beds. Bathroom had large sink and also had a lot of space. Breakfast was great for being free. Microwavable sausage,bacon and eggs and hot waffle maker,bagels,oat meal coffee tea etc... We arrived late and left early( 11pm and 7 am) so we did not use the pool. Stayed one night right before the holidays. The room was very nice and very large. There was a sitting room with a couch and then a set of double doors to enter the bedroom. The breakfast provided was also very good to get us on the road the next day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I needed a place to stay for the evening as I was traveling. I am familiar with the area, but had never stayed at the best western. Besides the parking lot being very small and I can't see how it would accommodate guests if the facility was filled to capacity, the facility is immaculate!!!! The room was comfortable, quiet, and unbelievably clean! Oh, […] and one other thing, the shower pressure could be a little stronger and the water could have a little more heat when on hot---but it was a CLEAN roomy bathroom! :0) Other than that, I truly enjoyed the stay, slept well and got up early to get on the road. This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel over the past year and I've enjoyed my stay here both times. The parking lot fills up quick, which can be problematic. Other than that, It's nicely furnished, clean, quiet with friendly staff at a great price. Thanks Best Western Plus Allentown Inn & Suites!

A fairly new property conveniently located for our business nearby at a very competitive price -- overall very satisfied. A little tricky to get in and out of the first time, but not a big deal. Surprisingly quiet, although the occupancy was low on the night we were there.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area for a brief visit or a few days. The hotel was very clean and the staff very professional. The front desk help was very willing to assist in any way possible to help make my stay more enjoyable. A great value and i would not hesitate to return.

Stayed overnight for graduation at Kutztown U. This place was great. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and the breakfast for "free" was good. Hot waffles, sausage and eggs, muffins and bagels and cereal. Good coffee too. Would stay here again if the need arises. We have 4 people in our room and with 2 QUEENS was sufficient for all. I previously lived in PA and now visit every few months. I found this hotel to be conveniently located to the major highways (78, 22, etc). The hotel is fairly new and the staff was pleasant. I had no complaints with the cleanliness or comfort of the room. Overall, a good deal for my stay. I will be staying there again!

The hotel was very clean and the employees were all very polite. The only complaint is that the parking lot was VERY dark. It was a rainy night when we pulled in but the lighting was very limited.. The parking lot was long and dark; no type of security if you are alone. The sound of traffic going by at night was loud but the room was so nice, we overlooked […] the traffic noises. Needed a hotel while passing through PA. Didn't want to spend a lot of money since we were only using to sleep one night. Was pleasantly suprised how clean and nice this was! The a.m. breakfast was really good. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave in each room. I highly recommend!

Nice property on a busy thoroughfare -- I'm glad I was on the opposite side. High ceilings give the feel of an older place, but it's thoroughly modern. Some of the lighting is dim. Would stay again.

This is a very good new hotel in a very good location. However, they only have two luggage carts and people often keep them in their rooms. The front desk people are friendly and very helpful. Clean, large room. Excellent breakfast with an attendent. Hotel located at an intersection, which was convenient. Nice "family' restaurant across the street.

From the time we arrived until we checked out we were pleasantly surprised. The front dest service was outstanding, the site was very clean, the room very comfortable and the location was super. Even though it was located next to a busy road the noise was minimul and did not effect our sleep. Bang for buck, won't be disappointed .

The overall stay was fine but the bed spread and blanket had something on them (stains I guess) and should have been discarded by the hotel. They were clearly not checked by housekeeping when the beds were prepared.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and interested in our comfort. Breakfast inclded hot items such as waffles, eggs and sausage. The only downside is that the hotel is so close to the highway that there was a lot of road noise. We would definitely stay hear again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Bed (matress) a little hard. Close to highway, traffic noise, but is no more than you would expect of any city location.

Everything was wonderful with two exceptions. The first being the snotty boy who checked me in who was useless when there was a problem, the second being that the pool room was ungodly hot and the pool ice cold. Other than that great comfortable hotel.

Stayed 1 night on way to NYC. The hotel was clean and had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights and was very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The only reason I gave a 4 for overall rating was the parking. There weren't enough spots for the number of rooms, and we were lucky to get the last one which was very far from the entrance. The lot is rectagular with just one row, so it really was far. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They took good care of us. The hotel employees are very profefessional.

This is a fine hotel. No problems. A better than expected breakfast set-up. I would suggest if you are a light sleeper to request a room on the back side, not Tilghman Street. I'd return without hesitation.

Got a great deal on Hotels.com. Cheapest hotel with high customer ratings. We were also very satisfied with our stay. Accommodating staff with very clean and private rooms. We were directly beside the breakfast diner and didn't hear any noise due to guests or the dining staff at breakfast. Food is what you would expect, good variety of typical breakfast […] foods and tasted fine. Check in/out was smooth and painless. Again rooms were kept very nicely and bathroom is very roomy and adorned nicely with tiled walls, floor, and marbled countertops. Great place to stay for a low price.
