An old district close to some of the palaces along the north side of the city, Insadong is an area to wander numerous alleyways in search of antiques, artworks and souvenirs. "Quality hotel"

Quality of hotel is good, but staff in general do not speak English. Guests who can't speak Korean will have a difficult time asking for help or service.

"Great Hotel"

We stayed here since we needed free internet access and other 'nicer' hotels charged for it. But after staying here I would consider it one of the nicer hotels. It was great; it had everything we needed and a great price! We could see the Seoul Tower out our windows and the rooms were very clean and modern. There's a convenience store steps away for a soda on the go, the subway station is just down the block and the airport bus stop is right out front. Since Im unfamiliar with the neighborhoods of Seoul, Im not sure if it's the ideal one for tourists, but we found it really convenient for every place we went. There were a couple of street vendors near by that you could get a quick and cheap breakfast at, with a big smile! Extremely helpful hotel staff; they directed me to a pharmacy that I would have never found on my own, which I visited for cold medicine, not because of street vendor food :)

Easy to get to and from the airport. Quite a walk to anything but very convenient to the subway. I am a walker so it was a bit inconvenient.

This is a great hotel. The sink was really cool. Free internet was great and hotel readily supplied converter. The bed was super comfy too. The hotel didn't have vending machines but there was a tiny store next door to buy stuff. Subway location just up the street and very easy to use. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent service, views, super clean, location, everything perfect! I would definitely go back to the same hotel! located a walk to the center or 50m away from the metro station. Room nice with great views... simply awesome!

"Wonderful Outstanding Hotel"

Very modern interior design. Excellent views of the city. Excellent customer service. Very clean hotel. This is one of the best hotels i've been to. Free in-room internet. Flat-screen TV. Japanese-style toilets. There isn't really a lounge area. Nor is the neighborhood very nice late at night, meaning that it's not lively and upbeat as the hotspots such as Myeong Dong, as it is mainly a industrial business district. Well, so it seemed to me. Regardless, this is where i will stay the next time i'm in town. 5 stars.

This is a great find. Great decor, super clean, and with heated toilet seats! The one drawback, while it is in the the center of downtown, it is not immediately near all the action. The action is about a one stop metro ride away or a 15 minute walk. If that doesn't matter, then I highly recommend it. (The metro stop is about 20 steps from the main door), and the airport express bus picks up right from the front door. All in all, a great place to stay, and there is free DSL in every room.

Location Staff Facility everything was so good to be true..I would stay there again in a heart beat..i strongly recomend if your are condidering to stay there..i am a flight attendant..i know which hotel is good and which hotel is bad..so listen to my advise..

Das Hotelfrühstück entspricht nach unseren Erfahrungen (Vielreisender)nicht den sonst den üblichen Standard. Das Angebotenne Frühstück ist nciht gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.Direktes Umfeld wenig attraktiv.

Fin service og et engelsktalende personale. Flot interieur og helhedsindtryk. Det eneste minus var at aircondition-anlægget ikke virkede mens vi var der, så der var konstant 30 grader på værelset. Det var åbenbart et problem på flere værelser mens vi var der, så vi fik tilbudt en blæser. God brunch, som dog ikke var inkluderet i prisen, men til at betale. Ville bestemt komme igen.

Ett otroligt fräscht hotell till ett bra pris, rummen har trägolv och är mycket smakfullt inrett. Helt klart en vinnare. Frukost ingår inte i priset men går att köpa till i resturangen. Priset för frukosten var dock lite högt mot vad som erbjöds.

Het is een goed hotel met voldoende comfort. De kamers zijn in goede staat en worden goed onderhouden. Een prettig hotel, maar zonder iets extra bijzonders. De staf probeert engels te spreken en is hulpvaardig. Men is meer gericht op japanners dan op europeanen.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i ydre downtown. Tæt ved flere attraktioner og dog heldigvis ikke midt i et turistområde. Metro næsten lige ved døren. God service. Pæne værelser med fin rengøring. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt til prisen. Vil vælge det igen.
