The room and main floor common areas are nice, but parts of it feel like a college dorm. Bathrooms could use a little more counter space in the single rooms. I would stay again though.

At first I was quite disappointed with the hotel. No phone in the room, no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom, not real shower (just a curtain). On the other hand the room was very very spacious, with very high ceiling and amazing skylight windows and above all, very very quiet. There is a bus (#11) that brings you directly from the Arlanda airport to the front door of the hotel. Moreover public transportation to the center is just 5 min walk. After the first 2 days I felt quite at home and had more the feeling of being in an apartment building than in an hotel. The hotel used to be a wine factory and it is quite a big and unusual building. If you are looking for a unique experience this hotel is for you. The hotel was well located if you arrive by car from Arlanda airport or need to use other highways north. And not to far from the city (3 km / 2 miles). The parking outside was a bit busy so I used the QPark in the same building. It was rather tight with turns in between concrete pilars, but worked out well. There used to be a museum of wine and spirits […] in the same building, but unfortunately that has been moved away. The old huge elevator was still left from that time. The room we had was with two very confortable double beds for us four. Our room was very wide, while each of the rooms may be different. Bathroom was a bit modest. Also the room did not have friz for drinks nor coffee pot. Breakfast included bacon and eggs with juice as well as the usual things. Service was pretty good. The hotel is in a great building which was a wine and spirit warehouse. It is not very cenrally located so you have to take a bus to the centre or a long walk.. The room was big and clean and the beds and duvets were very comfy. The breakfast was nice but had to ask for refills if anything was empty. Unusual hotel building, an old wine cellar, with a big lift that impressed all of us. Very pleasant and helpful staff even though the hotel was very quiet as it was Easter. Love the interior design of this hotel. My room was spacious and light and very comfortable. Enjoyed healthy breakfasts and dinner was good quality. Convenient for airport bus and business area but not that central for exploring other areas unless you don't mind walking fair distances or getting taxis/buses.

The building is pretty nice. The breakfast was really good. However, rooms require an urgent restyle. The bathroom was really small for 4 people and not very well supplied (toilet paper, shower caps, etc.). A dryer is also required.

Vi tyckte att sängen var dålig. Den sluttade mot mitten och var väldigt mjuk. Vi checkade in tidigare och det var det enda rummet, det kanske var därför vi fick en enda stor säng istället för en 2x 90 säng. Lite opersonligt och kalt rum men stort och luftigt. Saknade sängbord på ena sidan. Kylskåp på rummey hade varit trgvligt eftersom man inte kunde […] köpa mackor i receptionen som vi kunde läsa om i informationen på rummet ( man kanske skulle beställt). Efter att ha läst recensioner jag var jag nästan lite rädd över att åka dit, verkade ju vara ett riktigt skräphotell. MEN det var det inte! Vi är väldigt nöjda, bekväma sängar, god frukost och fräscht. Förstår inte varför alla klagar.

Hotellet ligger fint i byen, det er nemt at bevæge sig rundt.Der var ikke super rent på værelset, store nullere under sengen, men ellers pænt.Baren havde konsekvent lukket, glem alt om at købe en øl, når du har trasket rundt hele dagen og lige kommer tilbage for at slappe af inden aftenens strabadser skal begynde.

I forhold til pris et udemærket hotel med god beliggenhed. God service -såvel rengøring af værelse samt meget rar betjening i receptionen. Venlig service i restaurant - og vi har været meget tilfredse alt ialt. Hvis et godt tilbud kommer igen - kunne vi godt være interesserede - da vi før har benyttet denne hotelkæde og været meget tilfredse!.

Läget var bra. Lugnt område. Sängarna var mkt sköna. Tyvärr var hotellet väldigt slitet. Trasiga lakan gav ett schavigt intryck. Frukosten hade en del övrigt att önska. Brandlarmet gick (falsklarm) klockan 22 vilket inte var så populärt bland gästerna.

Jag har bott på hotell Norrtull tidigare och tyckt att det var prisvärt och bra.Denna gång var vi där en måndag - tisdag. Döm om min förvåning när det visade sig att man inte ens kunde få en kopp kaffe eller en smörgås - därför att det var en måndagskväll.
