Great location, very nice staff and lovely room. The hotel is well located. Treat your self and get a room with a view of the valley. The room has french windows that give you a great view. The hotel has a very good resteraunt (not opened every night) a nice bar and serves a very good breakfast.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We chose this hotel because it is cheap, and we didn't have much expectations. Turned out our stay was very comfortable.... The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you have a car, the hotel location is great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood outside of Avignon, which I think is better than staying in Avignon itself, as you can avoid the traffic near Avignon when driving to nearby towns. The location feels safe. There are shops and fast food restaurants (McDonald's, KFC) nearby. It is about 20 minutes drive from both Avignon and Avignon TGV train station. At first we were concerned about the limited front desk hours, as we arrived at a time when the front desk was closed. It turns out there is no problem, as the hotel has an automatic check-in system. I got a rude shock at check-in: Due to a system error, I was told that 5 rooms were being held in my name (when I had only requested one) and the person at the desk told me without a hint of sympathy that they would charge me for all five rooms. Hotels.com eventually (two weeks later) acknowledged the error and agreed to refund the extra charges. When […] I got to the room, I discovered that an unmentionable object from the previous guests' intimate activity was still on the upper bunk - apparently overlooked by the cleaning personnel. And it was only the next morning that i discovered that the lock on the door wasn't working. Other than these issues, the hotel would be acceptable if one needs to be close to the airport, but given that it's so far from the Avignon town center I couldn't recommend it for any other reason. The bathroom was however REALLY small and it seemed like it was ready made one attatched to the room( if there is such a thing) but it was clean and we just stayed there for one night so it wasnt that much of an issue. there's […] a bus stop just opposite the hotel. this tiny room is ok, with this price, the good part is the location is good. It's very close to the shopping mall, if you don't like the food here, you can go by feet to the shopping mall. Next I would like to book two standard rooms instead of one tripple.

This hotel is a no frills budget hotel but we were extremely happy with our stay there whilst travelling through France. We had booked two rooms and were given interconnecting rooms which was an unexpected bonus. The rooms were spotlessly clean and have all the basics that you need. The bathroom is tiny but the shower was good, water hot and plumbing […] worked and for one night we enjoyed the novelty! The hotel was full but it was quiet & you couldn't hear other guests or street noise. It is situated away from the town centre but we drove in to central Avignon for dinner and passed many closer restaurants on the way. Breakfast is served in the dining room at Reception. All the other guests seemed to be heavy smokers so the rooms smelled - even after the staff kindly moved us - we still choked with odour and we had to open thewindow to breathe, leaving the heater on as the temperature outside was very cold and we had to wash all our clothes which smelled of cigarettes afterwards.

Pour un court séjour ça va mais l'hotel est vraiment trop éloigné du centre ville, d'autant plus que le dimanche il n'y a pas de transport en commun : il y en a, mais plus loin, il faut marcher et avec les bagages ce n'est pas facile.Il faudrait aussi penser à indiquer l'hôtel, beaucoup de difficultés pour le trouver.

Chambre basique mais bonne literie. Salle de bain très simple, pas de bac à douche mais ça suffit pour une nuit.accueil très sympa et petit déjeuner buffet très bien.

pour le prix de l’hôtel ont peut rien dire mais ce que je regrette c'est la wifi qui marche vraiment au ralentie c'est pour ça que je réserve jamais dans un première classe.

le personnel est très agréable et la propreté est irréprochable, rien de mauvais dans cet hôtel ! le seul "hic" l emplacement de la télé,à chaque fois que j'allais ds la salle de bain,la porte s'ouvre devant la télé , c'est tout !e suis très contente de cet hôtel et je le recommanderai à mes proche en cas de déplacement !

le camere sono esageratamente piccole io ho prenotato una tripla, il terzo letto era a castello sopra la testa del matrimoniale,ci sona camera anche al primo piano senza ascenzsore. molto spartano bagno micro, ottimo per giovanissimi se costasse molto meno.
