Though it looks modern, the construction quality of the hotel is very poor. I heard people talking for hours (I presume from within their rooms), due to thin walls/floors, and every time a door shut or closed, it could be heard. I even asked management to move me to a different floor when I found out there was a large group of young adults staying on […] the same floor, and several gathered right outside my door, but he said he couldn't. If sleep weren't an issue, then overall, the hotel would have been fine for our purposes. We were travelling as a group of 5 persons and had business to tend to in Paris. The hotel was very reasonably priced, had 3 beds per room that were comfortable enough, and it was about 30 minutes walk to the Metro (and another 30 minutes or so into central Paris, Place de la Concorde). However, personally, I would never want to return, due to the lack of sleep. Also, the bathroom was microscopic! How they could fit a toilet, shower, and sink into such a tight space is beyond me. In brief, I would only recommend this hotel to someone who is narcoleptic and of a very slender frame. Read more

Don't believe their "close to Notre Dame..." etc. This place is not walkable to anywhere, and in a somewhat scary neighborhood. Front desk guy was relatively unfriendly. Room was tiny (walk sideways to get past toe bed. One tiny table and one cheap chair. Bath is a tiny one-piece molded plastic unit just set in the corner of the room. One towel. I just finished my trip yesterday. This hotel is so far the worst hotel that I ever stayed. First, the location is so bad. It is so far away from the metro station. You have to take a bus no.122 ( around 3 stops from the metro bus station), then you have to walk another 10 minutes back to hotel. The neighborhood is so bad as well. It is very ghetto, […] like downtown LA. You will be very scared if you walk back to hotel at night. Second, the hotel staff are very rude and unfriendly. Whatever you ask, their answer is no, I don't know. None of them know anything. Third, you can't take shower at this hotel. The water will come out from the bathroom. I told the staff t change the room for me, and then it took me two hours to wait. Then, I approach to the front again and they said they have no room to change and that all the rooms in this hotel have the same problem!!! Finally, I called Expedia to cancel the booking for this hotel after one day.I told the hotel staff about checking out from this hotel and getting refund thru Expedia. The hotel staff said they can change the room for us now and I respond no because of their rudeness. Should have read the previous reviews. All the rooms are the exact same size, whether you ask for a single or a room 'for three' -- one size only ... Super Small. Like the other reviewers, our room, while labelled Non-Smoking, stunk stunk stunk of cigarettes. For all I know, the housekeeping staff is puffing cigars while 'cleaning' the room. Even after […] complaining about there only being 2 towels in the micro-bathroom/shower combination (in a room for 3), the staff never 'gave' us the extra towel. Instead, I had to have a protracted discussion with the staff and had to answer the obvious question at the end, "So you want another towel?" Duh. The neighborhood is terrible. You are actually able to see the locals sleeping in their caravans in the street outside the hotel. The broken cabinets blocking the entrance are just 'local coloring' eh? Also like the other reviews, the two nearby metro stops are not exactly nearby. Yes, if you know the bus timetable, you can 'hop' on a bus and take the two stops down the hill to the metro, but otherwise it's a good 20 minute walk, terrible if you're carrying luggage or souvenirs. This hotel is located just two bus stops away from Paris Metro Line #9. It is within three zone so the bus and Metro tickets are at the lowest price.There are little convenience store around as well as a large size grocery store. It has free wifi, but no free breakfast. Air conditioning very weak and took a full 24 hours to catch up and bring the room to a comfortable level, after which it remained OK throughout the stay. Poor directions to the hotel location. They could have at least mentioned which Metro stop to take and their map was vague as well and had some important information chopped off (city for reference) […] . Luckily, they had a huge sign on top of the building which was a big help as it was visible from a considerable distance. We stayed for 2 nights, very easy to get there by metro and bus 115, receptionist was helpfull but we had to stay with bags until midday as they did'nt have a place to keep them. Breakfast was good, Hotel was very clean and staff was very kind and helpull.

For the price you pay, I would say the hotel is decent. If you are looking for a spacious bathroom, then you must look elsewhere. The location of the hotel is fine but it takes around 30-4 5 minutes to reach famous tourist attraction in Paris. Breakfast is not that great but reasonable enough. Overall I was satisfied during my stay at the hotel.

Very basic. A basic pod of a room, with a metal bunkbed overhanging the main bed. No cupboards, no fridge, no safe (either in the room, or at reception), cigarette burns in the bedding, and the air conditioning did not work. The hotel was cheap, but not as cheap as the one I stayed in in Regensburg the next night, which was 10 times better. Avoid.

The hotel was in a fairly undesirable area but was convenient located for the Metro. It was just a 10 minute walk along one straight road into the centre of Montreuil and the Metro line was straight into all the major sites with no changes needed. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rummen aningen slitna, men det vägs upp av priset och övrigt positivt. Rekommenderas.
