We're a family of 5--mom, dad, and 3 teenage boys. Stayed here one (1) night as locaton was approx half way between Wash DC and Myrtle Beach. The 5 of us shared one room--2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa were completely satisfactory for the one night. Perfect place to get some rest, a bite for breakfast, and a shower--

Housekeeping department was excellent they made the visit comfortable and the rooms where very nice and clean...But!!!!! Desk clerk "Monique" needs a little more training in the customer service area she must be over worked or ate too many lemons, she never smiles or greets. she use only one word sentences Example we asked her where is the soda machine […] and her reply "1st " so asked again and the same reply while she is looking down never gave eye contact, ... a guest made a nice comment on her finger design nails she never said “thank you” just continue with what she was saying and doing...in hospitality after the second day the lady will she stop speaking & greeting you and the breakfast bar waffle mix sits out all night and they don't prep for the it for the next day... the room doors had index cards in place of the room numbers so I think the hotel was getting a facelift there wasn’t a note letting it be known and the list goes on…. They did provide free WIFI and hot breakfast but they shut down breakfast at 9:30am sharp! We called in the afternoon to reserve a crib we were informed that it would be taken care of at check in. Upon arriving at 9:30 PM with 2 sleeping toddlers only to have the clerk roll out a port-a-crib and leave it in the lobby for us to bring up ourselves. When we arrived upstairs with kids, bags and crib to find out she checked us into someone elses […] room. We then bring everything back to the lobby to get the key to an unoccuppied room. This is a comfortable and convenient hotel - the price is reasonable and the suites fine for a family of 5. Great for an overnight on a long trip. Very convienent to I95. Suite all in one room, no division. Expected pay movies, but they are not offered. Very comfortable, but breakfast was out of make your own waffle batter. Dissappointing for the kids.

The room was nice and comfortable with microwave and fridge. The hot breakfast bar was really well stocked, maintained, and delicious all for a great price. Wonderful area exit off 95 with all the shops, stores, and restaurants within 5 mile radius. I'd stay there again! Their pool is seasonal (as advertised) so call if you want to take a dip.

Overall, we were somewhat disappointed in this hotel. The lobby was nice enough, but two of the coffee tables in the room were chipped or had veneer peeling off in the corners. The beds were OK, but the pillows were small and not very plush. The "fitness room" was basically one treadmill and one weight machine. The breakfast was mediocre; with rubbery […] "egg" patties and coffee cups whose lids did not even fit. Next time, we will go back to the HIlton Garden Inn, one exit down I-95, which we have also stayed at and found far superior. Read more

The hotel was wonderful, in good condition and very clean. The location was a bit unusual but ok once you figured out how to get there and where it was - needs more signage on the main road. The only area that needs attention is two fold: 1) The shower curtain in the bathroom was barely long enough to stay inside the tub when taking a shower - I would […] think it needs to be at least 1 - 2 inches longer to prevent water flowing out onto the floor. Also, the grout or caulking at the edge of the tub needs repairing to prevent damage to the sub flooring in the bath and the ceiling of the 3rd floor rooms due to moisture instrusion. The hotel and restaurants were very clean, well maintained, and inviting. I would also think the restaurant should remain open until 10 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays for more convenience of the guests. Read more

The desk staff and the dining area staff seemed to be less than pleased at having to help the customer, and smiling did not seem to be something they knew how to do. We stayed here for one night while on the road. We had a suite with two queens and one sleeper sofa, which is simply perfect for a family that is tired of being crammed into regular hotel rooms. The entire place looked clean and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was not merely continental, but also contained real, hot food! We stumbled on this hotel while on a multi-day car trip, when we realized after dinner that we needed to call it a day. We felt so lucky - it was beautifully clean, well-appointed, and the beds were so very comfortable. Being travelers not familiar with the area, and being it was dark they really need better signs to direct you in. Booked this hotel because of the location and the "suite". Mom is in wheelchair and used to sleeping in recliner. My hope was that we could make the pull-out sofa work for her. The staff was so nice and helpful to help me make this work. They brought extra pillows and linens. We proped up the head of the mattress with seat cushions and used a blanket […] under her knees.
