Bed was comfy enough, bathroom was nice and clean, linens too, but, whoever cleans really should put effort into getting the boogers off of the walls. Office has weird hours, have to call an onsite manager at night if you need anything, called once, he seemed pleasant but I didn't bother asking for anything that would have made him stand up so... Internet […] was wonky, laptop would not connect, Ipad and Androids could not even find it to try. This was a very nice and affordable place! We stayed 3 days and I would book again with no problem. The breakfast was satisfying and Waffle House is across the street for the late night snack! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The room were clean and had a refridgerator. There was a microwave in the lobby. It was quiet and I felt safe.

The room was very uncomfortable. We had a choice between two queen beds and both of them had horrible mattresses with indentations in each. The bedding was fine, but the beds were so uncomfortable that neither of us slept well. The free breakfast was fine, but the seating was so close and crowded.

SUPER CLEAN which is what impressed us the most. Breakfast excellent. No flat tv so minor negative.Actually cancelled prior reservations somewhere else and stayed here 3 days. Bed,blankets and sheets in mint condition. Would go back.

the room was very nice. the ice machine was not convient nor was the breakfast area. you had to walk all the way around outside to get in there. maids hounded us about leaving. they even came n while we were still packing up. they dont kid around about thier check out time.

Beds were like sleeping on the floor with your head on a concrete block. Otherwise, very nice, comfortable. Our phone was out and we called the desk on a cell phone, but they didn't act like they believed us or cared.

Motel clean and breakfast good, but has some serious problems. The office closes at 10 pm and no one there until 6am the next morning. If you get locked out of your room, have a plumbing or electrical problem, other room issues as we did, you are just out of luck. The radio blasted all night in the vacant room next to us with no way to cantact anyone […] one to open the room and turn it off. I did not feel safe here with few people in the motel and no office or security people on the site. To the right of the motel is I-95, in front of the motel is a four lane highway and major truck route to 95, and behind the motel is a train track with trains horns blasting several times during the night. I would avoid this privatey owned motel for one of the major chains located here also. Even better, I would avoid this exit completely and go to the next exit or two before I stopped. Read more

Nice clean hotel room, friendly staff, great service for a great price. Located right by I95, 20 mins from downtown Savannah; 45 mins from Hilton Head Is. Had a wonderful stay. Wish there were a fitness center and a microwave in the room though.

Not as good as other reviews indicate. Room was not clean - bathroom door was crusted with old dust and dirt. Bathroom floor was dirty - had been mopped but not cleaned. Lazy housekeeping - the furniture could be easily refreshed with Old English Scratch Cover - lots of unsightly scratches and scuffs. No exercise room. The hotel is a clean place. It is on the border of Georgia and South Carolina. A truck stop is across the street. We spoke with other guests who had rooms towards the street and said they could not hear the trucks at night. We had a room in the back and we heard train after train all night. We also were next to the laundry and ice machine and could […] hear those going like we were next to them. Breakfast was a nice surprise. A hot breakfast buffet type with meat, eggs and other hot and cold dishes. Two things we noticed. The hotel lists a microwave. They had none in the room and none in the lobby. They also have advertising cards that say the hotel was remodeled in 2013. This is still December 2012. Has it been remodeled like it says. We did not see that. Could it use some remodeling? We think there are areas that need upkeep. Overall, not a bad place. But be advised, they also offer weekly rates. So there are also long term guests in this place. Read more

My parents enjoyed a quiet weekend at this hotel. It was in an isolated location, not far from the city. The service was excellent and there were no complaints about the breakfast. They enjoyed the French country decor although it was evident that the hotel was older. They will visit again!

The only downer for this hotel was the noise. It is located near a sea port and tractor trailers drive up and down the street all hours of the day and it is not just a few. They are loud all night. It might be better if you can request a room on the back side of the hotel.

I would guess this is a 2.5 star motel. thin towels and an inexpensive(for them to put out) breakfast setup. OK for overnight stops on I-95.

We found the accomodations at the Inn at Mulberry Grove very good for the price. It is conveniently located off of I-95 and close to downtown Savannah, about 10 minutes.
