The staff was great, the location is great for a business person coming from the airport. The train is right across the street, and the main train station and buses and metro are right nextdoor too. BUT it is a cab (or metro or bus) ride from the historic area so be advised. Also, there is no gym/exercise room. And when it's cold in Lyon or snowing, your only choice is to eat :). It's in a very commercial area so there don't seem to be fine real French restaurants around. So the bottom line is, good for a business person with appointments close by. Not quite so good for tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located, close to Metro stop. Booked a superior room and as is typical throughout many hotels in the EU, it was tiny. Had to go outside to change our minds. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Std. room' must be a sardine can. No soundproofing issues, fairly quiet. Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Plenty of pizza joints within a block or 2, which came in handy when we arrived late. Would stay here again.

Very bad experience... Even if the hotel by itself was good for the price. But front desk employee of very bad faith and unfriendly. Instead of waiting for the shuttle for 10 minutes, we had to wait for an hour... for a ten-minute ride....We found out that it is the regular way... The hotel tells their clients the shuttle is coming after 10 minutes […] but it never gets there in time and they know it. They have an agreement with an economy parking lot whose employees take care of their own customers first and IF they have time they take care of the hotel patrons... When they are overbooked, the hotel customers just have to wait ...Once at the hotel, very slow check-in... So if you need a shuttle from/to the airport...you'd better make sure you have time to waste... and prepare to argue to get your ride money back... Read more

We arrived after 9:00pm from airport. Auto entry machine asked me for extra one more day fee to get room key because we were late. It was below 0 degree in Lyon night and machine was at outside of the door so we had no choice I payed $45 with credit card even I already payed to hotel's .com. Accomodation was fine as we were only staying there a single night. No information from hotels.com, the hotel's own website or around the airport about the shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the airport that costs 6 Euros per person each way. In the morning it only runs on the hour - not exactly convenient!

However the place does not offer other activities and there are no interesting place to visit within the vicinity. accueil très sympa et correct, propreté parfaite. . juste un souci au niveau salle de bain: robinetterie en mauvais état de fonctionnement( je me suis pris le robinet sur les pieds). beaucoup de passage d'air et de froid au niveau de la porte de la chambre. PDJ très complet et très bon.

pas terrible !! chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite distribuait d'office! en plus le jet de douche fonctionnait à peine ...donc vraiment pas terrible... je ne réserverais plus de première classe ....

J'ai bien apprécié la chambre car tout est conçu pour un max de fonctionnalité. De plus c'était très tranquille et sans bruit, dommage pour le matelas trop dur qui ne m'aurait pas permis de rester plus d'une nuit.

Court séjour avant un vol. J'ai eu un problème ennuyeux qui était que l'on ne pouvait pas fermer la porte de la chambre, lorsque l'on était dehors. Sinon l'emplacement était parfait, idéale pour prendre un avion. Mais un peu déçu, il serait souhaitable de vérifié le fonctionnement des portes

Quand on a un avion à prendre de bonne heure, c'est extrêmement pratique: l'aéroport est tout proche, facile d'accès. Une chambre en rez-de-chaussée n'est pas idéale: on profite largement des départs bruyants de quelques "seuls au monde"!

Attention : prévenir le client que la réception de ce type d'hôtel ferme à 21 H. Nos sommes arrivés à 21H15 et la réception avait bien voulu attendre un petit peu étant donné notre réservation pré payée mais elle nous a dit qu'en cas d'arrivée + tardive, nous aurions été obligés de repayer nos chambres via la réception électronique et sans aucun recours […] pour se faire rembourser. en transit à lyon sommes arrivés à l'hotel à 2h du matin pour repartir à 7h nos chambre n'avaient pas été enregistrée dans le distributeur de carte impossible de les récupérer : appel au numéro affiché : personne très désagréable, limite polie qui nous dit que les cartes était cachées sous la machine (comment le savoir !!) et nous raccroche au nez. hotel bien. Mais un peu éloigné dans une zone industrielle heureusement qu'il y a le restaurant de CAMPANILE à coté pour les repas. la navette pour l'aéroport est trop chére 6€ par personne pour le trajet trés court 5 minutes maxi.
