Great small hotel, well...let me take that back: the room is actually a small one room apartment, so is quite big, compared to a regular hotel room. The area is perfect with great restaurants and places to go at a walking distance, very safe too. I wanted a happening place with city noise, it was perfect for me, but if you need a silent place that does not wake the kids up at night don’t go there (I mean the neighborhood or Mexico city for that matters, not the hotel)

"Nice Hotel"
Very nice hotel in appearance. Disappointed that the description of the hotel in Hotels.com advertised free breakfast. However upon checkout I was advised that breakfast was NOT included because I had the "European Plan". Not cool.
"BEAUTIFUL ROOM"
This hotel is stunning! Hardwood floors in the room, stained glass windows in the halls, beautiful lobby area and amazing bathroom suite! I loved this place. I was only there for 1 night and can't tell you anything about the neighborhood or food, other than there is a lovely park across the street!

"The most unusual room I've ever seen"
The hotel is NOT in Santa Fe, and that was important to me, so I was disappointed from the start. But the room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was the most unusual room, as I've never seen a massive window in the bathroom into the bedroom. The bed was very nice, and the staff very friendly. Nice place.

The Green Park is right across from Chapultapec Park. The rooms are large and very comfortable, and a great value. Close to many sights and about a 10-15 minute cab to the city center. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you need English the desk and concierge speak well. To top it off, great rates.Next to an up and coming area, La Condesa, with […] many fine restaurants and cafe's. Only disappointment was that the wonderful roof top restaurant was not open for breakfast. The main restaurant is quite good. Mainly a business hotel so it was not very busy at this time. Would definitely stay the again. Many government officials from other countries stay there as it is close to the Mexican President's home. Read more

"First Class Hotel-With A Small Caveat-"
We stayed at the Green Park Hotel for 4 nights. The lobby and the suites are absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Immaculate and quiet-one could not ask for a finer physical facility, and even more so within the general pricing structure of the hotel. We would highly recommend it, with one caveat--that being that the staff service was far less helpful […] than should be the case in a hotel with facilities of this high caliber. We had 2 small bottles of water in the room on arrival for 2 people and were told by the staff person who showed us to our room that more water was available upon asking-at any time. (Tap water is not advisable for drinking) The Spanish speaking member of the party became a bit ill during the first night and we had used all the bottled water before retiring. He made a trip to the desk only to be told bottled water was only available from 7am to 9pm. Such a situation is absolutely inconceivable in a good hotel. He got dressed and went a number of blocks to a small convenience store that was open 24/7 to get bottled water. We made sure we kept extra bottles of water we purchased in the room for the remainder of the trip. This is perhaps what separates an OK hotel from a first class hotel which with the physical facilities this hotel could and should be ranked. We recommend the hotel, but hope management will remedy this kind of situation for future guests and advise those staying to be sure they have adequate bottled water for their nightly needs before retiring for the night. Elegant and superb, one of best hotels in Mexico City.
Excelente hotel, estancia y comida. Lo único que me pareció excesivo es el sobrecosto de comida en room-service. Algunos de los precios simplemente se duplicaban sin sentido. Por lo demás, repetiré muchas veces este hotel.

El hotel es lindo, limpio, acogedor con un excelente servicio, que va más allá que el de muchos otros hoteles. Las habitaciones son enormes, con un baño particularmente cómodo, y con un estilo y mobiliario tradicional muy agradable. Los únicos comentarios desfavorables se relacionan a la ubicación (segura, pero lejos de todo...hay que tomar taxi para […] cualquier cosa), y al desayuno, incluido en la tarifa, que nos pareció muy pequeño y poco imaginativo. "Hotel ótimo, localização péssima"
O hotel em si é muito bom, os funcionários são educados e hospitaleiros, mas, apesar de estar ao lado do Bosque de Chapultepec, fica em uma péssima localização, pois as atrações do parque e suas entradas ficam longe demais. Se você não pretende estar de carro ou utilizar táxi o tempo todo, não se hospede nesse lugar. En general es un buen hotel elegante, lo que mas destaca es el personal, muy amable en todo momento, me agrado mucho que mi esposa solicito un cambio de platillo que ya le habian servido de inmediato aceptaron cambiarlo y no me lo cobraron, aunque los platillos estan un poco caros la comida es excelente, las habitaciones muy limpias, bastantes almohadas […] y toallas, el colchon un poquito duro para mi gusto, peso (95kg), el baño bien abastecido, me agrado que todas las noches te dejan un detalle de buenas noches en tu habitacion, esta muy cerca chapultepec y la condesa a 30 min caminando. El unico detalle que no me gusto es que no tiene alberca, es el hotel ideal para quien busca tranquilidad, privacidad y silencio. Tiene bastante seguridad para el acceso a las habitaciones. Read more

El equipo del hotel proporcionó el mejor servicio que he experimentado en los últimos 5 años. El concierge merece mención por su esfuerzo en organizar visitas, transporte y por sus recomendaciones. Excelente hotel. El único problema que tuve fue el ruído de la Av. Constituyentes, pero eso está fuera del control del hotel.
