Enjoyed our stay very much and were very pleased that the hotel was so generous and compassionate that they canceled my friends room the day of her arrival when she found out that her dad had passed away that night. We had nonrefundable rooms so that was very generous

The hotel is fairly new and well kept. Very Clean!!! Kalispell is a very picturesque place to be, but don't expect to have any kind of view at this hotel. You either get a view of a small airport, parking lot, or into another hotel room. The building is layed out to get the maximum amount of rooms on it`s lot. The beds were ok but not great. Upon arrival allocated room 207 , nice room, first night no sleep , continuos drone of pool extract fan , not happy , room changed , 1 floor up and 3 rooms to right 303, still heard fan but not as noisy , nearer to main road into kalispell, busy and noisy from 6am . Stayed in the hotel overnight while visiting Glacier National Park. Very nice hotel with all the amenities you'd need for a long stay (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, comfortable bed, pool). Too bad we only stayed one night... If I had to list one con, it would be that it's kind of on the far end of town from the road to Glacier Park. Great room with great Restruant attached. Hotel staff shouldn't be handling hotel business on the phone when customers waiting, that stuff can wait until there isn't a line at the front desk. Not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel, but bartender talks with friends and ignores you until she is good and ready to get you a menu or drink.

Overall, very happy with the hotel. The check-in staff wasn't the friendliest - and the Thursday night we showed up, the (almost) attached casino was closed for no reason - which put a damper in our ability to grab a quick nightcap drink before bed. But the restaurant was great, and the room was very comfortable.

Convenient location in downtown. Rooms were clean, employees were polite and courteous. Only stayed due to a 50% discount. Would not stay if rooms were full price. I was disturbed at 3 am from sleep when another guest began lifting weights in the fitness room that was located directly opposite my room. Also, the breakfast was not complimentary and cost $9.95. The room service menu was limited and the in-room coffee pot did not heat.

We had a shuttle driver named Leo who was FANTASTIC! When we arrived at our hotel I had been suffering from food poisoning. Hubby had returned the rental car with my sister and Leo picked them up at the airport and drove them back to the hotel. My husband was on his own since I was so sick. Our night's stay was comfortable and quiet. The room was well kept and clean with a very comfortable bed so my husband and I enjoyed a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. I would stay there again if we go through Kalispell.

there was 4 of us staying in room and 1st arrived only 3 bath towels and 1/2 roll toliet paper.Called for room sevice to bring more, which they did.. Next day only left 3 bath towels again. I lived in Kalispell years ago so I know and enjoy the area. I look forward to staying at the Hilton when I return for a visit because it makes my trip feel like a real vacation. The dining menu is wonderful and service is always attentive and friendly. The area's multiple tourist attractions give many various options for spending your day.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Work out room was nice and all of the machines worked. Business center clean and nice with two computer stations. Very nice breakfast buffet and the staff couldn't be nicer. Gave us good ideas for Glacier National Park.

We enjoyed 2 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. We booked 3 rooms, and Whitney was outstanding at the front desk, as she found three together as our booking was 2 separate reservations. The buffet was good, and all staff smiled and said hello whenever possible.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The whirlpool was great after a long plane trip from the East Coast and drive from Spokane. We had a good dinner at the Montana Steakhouse and were ready for our adventures in Glacier Natl. Park. (Subsequent nights we stayed closer to the park entrance to get an early start in the morning.)
