The toilet wouldnt flush barely, you had to hold the handle down for a good 5 seconds for it to flush. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in each room around you and above you.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to event attending"

"A convenient launch pad"
This is a simple hotel conveniently located for adventures in the North Cascades. The staff is friendly and efficient, the room scrupulously clean, lots of parking. Breakfast pretty basic -- breads and oatmeal -- plenty of coffee. Negatives were noisy heater/air conditioner and thin room walls.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs some work"
Not a bad side of the road motel but could be better. The advertised wifi was spotty to non-existent. Our toilet in our room was leaking (clean) water on the floor. Someone had left pants there from the last people that were not cleaned up. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, fairly clean, and bonus points for a fridge, and being ok with a dog the […] re. "Nice, basic stay - could add more breakfast."
Room and hotel in general were fine. A bit overpriced for what you get. Nice little patios. Beds were comfy. Pool was closed so didn't get to use it. Couldn't even have coffee in the pool area as was chained up. People upstairs were quite noisy but not much you can do about that. Would be nice to have a couple more breakfast options. Breakfast offering […] was muffins, coffee and juice. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wi-Fi did not work. Shower did not work."
Phoned desk at 9:00 PM that shower was inoperable (temperature/water lever missing, so could not turn on). Also sink drain was so slow that water had not got hot before sink was full, even though unstoppered. Said would get back to us, By the time we checked out (showerless) at 9:30 AM, no call back from front desk or maintenance. TV remote did not […] work and there was no volume control, even at the TV. The wireless would not work, my tablet said connection was inadequate. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"good budget motel"
The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The only problem I had was that the door to the room required a bit more force to open than I'm used to using at home. One of the ladies in the office gave me a lesson and no more problem.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Came to shop in Burlington"
This place was alright, but I would not stay here again. I booked on line for a room with 2 beds and they put us in a room with 1 bed. It was just me and my husband so it wasn't a big deal and they said they would switch us but we had already settled in. Continental breakfast was either non-existent or finished by the time we came down 30 min before […] they said it "closed". So we went out for breakfast in Burlington. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The air conditioner unit sounds like a jet but we used it as white noise. It was nice that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Reception desk staff were friendly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Overall a great place to spend the night"
We had a very late check in and the front desk employee was very kind and cheerful. We appreciated it at that late hour. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, pool liked quaint and lovely (we didn't have time for a dip). No complaints other than the shower in our room was more like a hose! Did the job but not the best. We would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Always my place to stay in Sedro Wolley"

"Decent room for the price"
Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Attached bar food was decent but service was subpar. Location was good for a variety of activities.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Price was right for what I wanted. However, since my last stay there, conditions have deteriorated. But, overall still ok..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for the price, be careful which room you get."
Tired motel, but the staff try hard. First night was in a no smoking room that smelled horrible. Apparently the room above was a smoking room and the scent perhaps transferred down a floor. In the morning the front desk was very kind and accommodating to switch us to a different room. There was no evidence of smoke in that room and had we been there […] the first night, it would have been a fine two nights at a great price! Great location to Burlington and other areas of Skagit Valley. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"near friends that I was visitting"
There was no coffee in our room. Coffee maker-yes. Coffee - no. Also, the heat was not central. It was a wall unit so it was kind of noisy when trying to sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy to find."
Very clean for an older motel. A bit off the I-5 corridor. Restaurants near by. Price within reason for area. Continental breakfast a bonus.Genuine Expedia guest review
Walls WAY TOO THIN!!!! Couple next door obviously drunk yelled & argued until well after 12:30. Finally called their room and told them to be QUIET!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
They do not have enough parking, so when we came back after dinner we had to park at the other end of the hotel from where our room actually was. Also the walls are quite thin so you can hear the tv or the people in the next room talking. We did not partake of the 'free breakfast' as it all looked very unappealing, so I would recommend they step up […] their free continental breakfast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Deseptive from the outside"
I was a little concerned when we first arrive. The map enclosed with the booking was wrong and had us turning north on Park Street and took us to a vacant lot at a dead end street. But have no fear, it was actually on the south one of the street on South Park. Still a little concerned because it was right on the highway. Room itself was quiet, no road […] sounds. Room had 2 doors and the back door took us to a little patio, with 2 chairs and a table and lovely pool and hot tub area. Every room has a balcony or pool access away from hwy noise. Continental breakfast a little sad as no place to eat it but no problem to take back to room. Great value for the money. Good Chinese restaurant next door...huge portions. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, lots of towels. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Enough Place, But Not Much Nearby"
10/06/14 RobertSlattery Seattle
We stayed here October 1-3 while working along the Skagit River. Three Rivers Inn has good basic accommodations akin to Super 8 or similar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We left at 6:00 AM each morning and didn't get to experience the "continental breakfast" they have from 7-9 each morning. The restaurant and bar next door were closed, so we had to drive to eat (there is a teriyaki place on the other side of the hotel). The room was clean, had a TV (no DVD player), a refrigerator, and they provided a free rollaway for our third guy. Our room had a back door that opened to the pool area, which was a neat feature for a "budget motel". Ultimately, this is a good place to stay if you're working in or around Sedro Woolley. It was 15 minutes from our work site, and their prices were very reasonable, so it worked out well for our needs.
"Very Good Value"
09/22/14 cargill Melbourne Victoria
This is an older property, but it was clean, well maintained, spacious as older rooms often are, and very good value for the price paid. In particular, it had these features that are not always found in budget motels, and that we really appreciated: ● Reception staff were very friendly and competent ● An issue with dates was resolved without any fuss at all ● Room has two frontages (carpark and pool area) and hence two doors - very nice ● Proper dining table with two chairs (not just a desk against a wall) ● Full-length vanity bench in the bathroom - very useful and convenient ● For an older property, the room smelt fresh and clean Our only issues were (1) missing plug from the bathroom vanity, (2) bathroom door did not close properly, and needs adjusting, and (3) even the property was not busy at all, they put someone next to us at about 10:00pm - but other than that, no problems were encountered. We enjoyed this room, and thought it was excellent value, and would recommend it to anyone on a budget, since it offers a good experience for a night or so.
"About what you'd expect for $75 a night"
09/16/14 mrldbaker Renton, WA
This motel represents the easternmost extension of civilized hostelry on the North Cascades Highway west of Twisp. The faint miasma of cigarette and marijuana permeates this property. There is a pool, heated by God, which comes complete with critters - seriously, someone should clean that thing out. We apparently interrupted a little pot party going on because the place was stinky. The location and position of the hotel is good. With a couple hundred thousand invested, this could be a really nice property. Unfortunately, it appears the owners want their last dime up from.
"Just the basics"
08/14/14 kkr4500 Portland, Oregon
We stayed at this hotel on our way to explore North Cascades National Park. There isn't a whole lot of lodging out in that area so we opted to stay in the slightly larger town of Sedro-Woolley. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in and she gave us several suggestions of places to eat. The room was pretty clean, although the floor felt a little sticky without shoes on (like I was in a tropical environment) and there was a big black hair in the bathroom by the shower and on one of the towels. They do have a pool but sadly their hot tub was removed so we didn't make it to the pool area. They serve muffins and juice in the lobby in the morning which we didn't partake in. Overall it wasn't a bad place for the price.
The room was very clean. I loved opening the back door and being right at the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and muffins available in the mornings. They could use more parking for service trucks... Parking was a bit tight.
"Aging but nice"
07/12/14 roamer70 Don Lorenzo
This is an old fashioned but well run Inn that provides efficient check-in, a very reasonably priced room with all the basics--an excellent bed, plenty of space, good blackout curtains, a small desk and three chairs, a small refrigerator and micro wave oven. There is also a reasonably sized and very clean swimming pool. There aren’t that many options available in Sedro Woolley but this is a good one.
"Great Place to Stay Clean and Quiet"
07/09/14 gayle6769 Victoria, Canada
This is our 3rd trip back to Three Rivers Inn. It is a nice quite place to stay. What we like is that all the rooms open up into a central courtyard which has a pool and hot tub as well as a nice grassy area to sit if you like. You get 2 chairs and a table on your deck as well so you can sit out there and relax. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, as well as an iron and ironing board. Staff is very friendly and the maid service is good. We like to stay here while shopping in Burlington and surrounding areas. It is a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Also there are restaurants within walking distance. Wednesday night there is a farmers market from 4 to 7 and we always visit it to pick up fresh fruit and cheese. A friendly place!
"Clean and maintained motel"
06/30/14 clemab La Crosse, Wisconsin
The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean. It did have an overwhelming odor of cleaning products when we walked. Almost felt as if they were trying to cover some odor up. A little bit pricey for the room and location. No breakfast but did have coffee and muffins. We would stay here again.

My husband and I after finishing the Cascade Loop were looking for somewhere to stay and eat before going onto Whidbey Islands. The only place we could find was The Three Rivers Inn so booked in. On first impressions the room didn't look too bad, so we put our bags in and then went to get a meal and go for a walk to stretch our legs. When we went back to the room we noticed an unpleasant smell, so opened the balcony door to let some fresh air in. Unfortunately the smell wouldn't go away and on pulling the bed clothes back, we did not feel happy and weren't convinced that they had been changed. We loaded out stuff back into the car and went back to the front desk to say that we were moving on. They apologised about the room but still charged us 50% of an overnight stay.
"Excellent place to stay"

This is my second time visiting this nice hotel...I was very impressed of how immaculate and comfortable the hotel is. The ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful. It's reasonably priced, and there's free coffee and muffins in the morning. Overall, a place I will visit again when in the area. I highly recommend if you are even a little bit picky!
