"Wi-Fi did not work. Shower did not work."
Phoned desk at 9:00 PM that shower was inoperable (temperature/water lever missing, so could not turn on). Also sink drain was so slow that water had not got hot before sink was full, even though unstoppered. Said would get back to us, By the time we checked out (showerless) at 9:30 AM, no call back from front desk or maintenance. TV remote did not work and there was no volume control, even at the TV. The wireless would not work, my tablet said connection was inadequate.

"good budget motel"
The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The only problem I had was that the door to the room required a bit more force to open than I'm used to using at home. One of the ladies in the office gave me a lesson and no more problem.

"Came to shop in Burlington"
This place was alright, but I would not stay here again. I booked on line for a room with 2 beds and they put us in a room with 1 bed. It was just me and my husband so it wasn't a big deal and they said they would switch us but we had already settled in. Continental breakfast was either non-existent or finished by the time we came down 30 min before they said it "closed". So we went out for breakfast in Burlington. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The air conditioner unit sounds like a jet but we used it as white noise. It was nice that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Reception desk staff were friendly.

"Overall a great place to spend the night"
We had a very late check in and the front desk employee was very kind and cheerful. We appreciated it at that late hour. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, pool liked quaint and lovely (we didn't have time for a dip). No complaints other than the shower in our room was more like a hose! Did the job but not the best. We would stay here again.

"Decent room for the price"
Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Attached bar food was decent but service was subpar. Location was good for a variety of activities.

"Good for the price, be careful which room you get."
Tired motel, but the staff try hard. First night was in a no smoking room that smelled horrible. Apparently the room above was a smoking room and the scent perhaps transferred down a floor. In the morning the front desk was very kind and accommodating to switch us to a different room. There was no evidence of smoke in that room and had we been there the first night, it would have been a fine two nights at a great price! Great location to Burlington and other areas of Skagit Valley.

"PERFECT!"

This is a very small town but lots of things to do during Easter and Christmas and other holidays. my kids LOVED IT HERE. We are planning to move here now! My daughter had a lot of fun shopping at the Burlington mall.

"Great!!! Now what??"
08/30/15
The staff and manager at Three Rivers Inn Cedro-Woolley seemed nice enough upon checking in, my son who enjoys swimming always is excited about a pool at a hotel so it is part of our search criteria. We booked the room online understanding there was a pool and spa to enjoy. Upon donning our swim suits to enjoy a dip, we find a chain and lock on gate, the staff inform us the pool guy "added something, not chlorine, that would make us itchy!" And to try back in the afternoon. Ok I get it pools need maintenance, upon returning from our cheering on family members from completing 1st stage of a charity ride from Vancouver to Seattle, the afternoon staff informs us the inclement weather is the reason for the pool closure?? Strike 1. The actual reason for talking to staff in the afternoon was to inquire about lack of wifi, the RUDE response and complete lack of customer service provided by the afternoon clerk prompted me to ask to Speak to manager, whom I remember seeing earlier in the day. She informs me the $180/ night I spent with Three Rivers Inn would just have to be what I pay, doesn't matter that there is no pool facility and wifi, two criteria for booking any hotel. Strike 2&3 THREE RIVERS INN CEDRO-WOOLLEY NEVER AGAIN!!! buyer beware. I'm not telling you to not come here, just beware of non chain hotels in small towns.

Stayed there one night at the end of a big drive. It's well overdue for a revamp and is overpriced at $176 per night. Noisy air cond in the rooms and no breakfast available. The pizza pasta bar in the complex has gone broke and closed. Better motels nearby.

On our way from Vancouver to the Cascades,a small town motel a little outdated but it provided large confortable room for the four of us ,close to the pool but with windows shut, noise is muffled.Did the job for a night stop.

"Get what you pay for"
07/01/15 suebuhla Poulsbo, Washington
This was a unplanned stop for the evening. We found the Inn to be affordable, and found that you get what you pay for. The decor was dated to say the least however, very clean. We found the front desk staff to be friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. It was too late to enjoy the outdoor pool, and there is no complimentary breakfast available. No issues with parking. There was only one restaurant within walking distance (Teriyaki/Chinese take out). Our room faced the roadway, and we were not bothered by any traffic noise (a plus). There were not many options in Sedro Wooley for accommodations, this was not a horrible place to stay and shall we find ourselves here again, we would stay at Three Rivers Inn.

"Nothing Special, Clean Room."
06/18/15 Emily L Bismarck, North Dakota, United States
We stayed at the Three Rivers for one night this last month so we could stay right in Sedro near family. The property is older, and at a rate of $130 a night it left a lot to be desired. The lady at the front desk was very kind and told us how nice the pool area. Unfortunately we were not around the hotel enough to use the pool or the breakfast. The room was very clean, it had a television, a mini fridge and a table and chairs. The bathroom was also very clean. Our room had a cute balcony off the back looking over the pool area. The walls are thin, so hopefully you don't end up next to a family with crying children all morning.

"Good place to unwind after the Tulip Fields"
03/29/15 KarenWA74 Tacoma, Washington
We stayed last night after spending the day at the Tulip Fields. It is a nice, quiet, out of the way place. It reminded me of an Motel 6. We were on the 2nd floor. It was quiet all night. My only complaint was the ventilation. Someone was smoking marijuana nearby and the smell infiltrated our bathroom and never went away. The beds were comfortable and clean. The TV had a great selection of channels. Nick and Disney were there for the kids. We had a nice view of the courtyard. My son is a car watcher, and disappointed that there were no windows facing the street. We had one door and one window. There were rooms with balconies, but I was ok not having one. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. We saw a Foodland grocery store on the way in, so we stocked up on food and drinks. We did not see much in the ways of a breakfast when we checked out, so it was good that we had that on hand. Subway and Dairy Queen are in walking distance. Dominos delivers as well. There is a Rite Aid in walking distance, as well as an Arco. The WIFI was ok. It was in and out, but usable. If you are looking for a simple, quiet place to sleep, this is a good pick.

"Nice Enough Place, But Not Much Nearby"
10/06/14 RobertSlattery Seattle
We stayed here October 1-3 while working along the Skagit River. Three Rivers Inn has good basic accommodations akin to Super 8 or similar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We left at 6:00 AM each morning and didn't get to experience the "continental breakfast" they have from 7-9 each morning. The restaurant and bar next door were closed, so we had to drive to eat (there is a teriyaki place on the other side of the hotel). The room was clean, had a TV (no DVD player), a refrigerator, and they provided a free rollaway for our third guy. Our room had a back door that opened to the pool area, which was a neat feature for a "budget motel". Ultimately, this is a good place to stay if you're working in or around Sedro Woolley. It was 15 minutes from our work site, and their prices were very reasonable, so it worked out well for our needs.

"Very Good Value"
09/22/14 cargill Melbourne Victoria
This is an older property, but it was clean, well maintained, spacious as older rooms often are, and very good value for the price paid. In particular, it had these features that are not always found in budget motels, and that we really appreciated: ● Reception staff were very friendly and competent ● An issue with dates was resolved without any fuss at all ● Room has two frontages (carpark and pool area) and hence two doors - very nice ● Proper dining table with two chairs (not just a desk against a wall) ● Full-length vanity bench in the bathroom - very useful and convenient ● For an older property, the room smelt fresh and clean Our only issues were (1) missing plug from the bathroom vanity, (2) bathroom door did not close properly, and needs adjusting, and (3) even the property was not busy at all, they put someone next to us at about 10:00pm - but other than that, no problems were encountered. We enjoyed this room, and thought it was excellent value, and would recommend it to anyone on a budget, since it offers a good experience for a night or so.

"About what you'd expect for $75 a night"
09/16/14 mrldbaker Renton, WA
This motel represents the easternmost extension of civilized hostelry on the North Cascades Highway west of Twisp. The faint miasma of cigarette and marijuana permeates this property. There is a pool, heated by God, which comes complete with critters - seriously, someone should clean that thing out. We apparently interrupted a little pot party going on because the place was stinky. The location and position of the hotel is good. With a couple hundred thousand invested, this could be a really nice property. Unfortunately, it appears the owners want their last dime up from.
