We were going back to Charlotte NC. From the moment tbat we steped into the lobby area, We were greeted, taken care of. The hotel management to the person that carried our baggage to our room I felt that I was coming back to friends. I will stay at this hotel when ever I am in Naples. It was an outstanding short stay. What a palace.

Right by the train station. Nice hotel, efficient. On a busy, noisy street. They were nice and let us keep out luggage overnight while we went down to Pompei.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Probably not really a 4 star quality hotel, however. Walking distance to all of the major historical attractions, or an easy cab ride to somewhat more distant spots. Not a stylish part of town, but that did not matter to us. It is located on a small piazza that is pretty grungy, but Naples is a bit of a grungy place.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was quite spacious for European standards. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. It looks a little sketchy when you first arrive, but inside is very nice. The only problem we had was that our room was very warm even though it was cool outside.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near the shopping districts of Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, as well as Teatro San Carlo, the funiculare, and the historic Spaccanapoli. Large lobby, free internet...Salvatore and Giuseppe at the desk could not be more gracious and helpful. Naples can be intimidating to many, and - as a female traveling alone - I was totally at ease in this area. A phone as well as TV speakers in the bathroom lent a very upscale feeling, and I appreciated my upgrade to a very large double room. The rickety plastic shower panels were my only complaint, and the staff assured me that upgrades are coming soon.

"Hvězdy neodpovídají realitě"
Velice stísněný prostor pokoje. Špatně fungovalo splachování záchodu. Velikost sprchového koutu a jeho umístění bylo takové, že se sprchou (pevně uchycená) dal splachovat záchod. Snídaně byla snědená, pokud jste nepřišli opravdu brzo. Pokud člověk tráví většinu času mimo hotel, tak se to dá pár dní vydržet.
"Pěkné bydlení"
Hotel vyhovuje běžným cestovatelům, kteří se snaží trochu ušetřit na ubytování. Má jednoduše řešené pokoje a dostačující komfort pro krátkodobý pobyt. Služby jsou bez problémů a personál ochotný.
