From the exterior of the building, I would think the room should look much better. But to our disappointment, the room looks old, especially the bathroom. The bathroom looks like those found in old motels in USA. Despite the run down of the interior, the service of the staffs was something we should compliments. My husband accidentally left a book in […] the room before we checked out. He only discovered it in the afternoon while we were at the train station leaving for Sapporo. He called the hotel to check on his book. The hotel told him to give them 10 mins to check out. Instead of waiting for their return call, we decided to take a taxi to the hotel. Clean room except it is small for the standard twin sharing. Toilet is small too. But it is ok since we are out most of the time. Hotel staff is able to communicate in English and helpful enough to help us search for the mapcode/tel no. to the places we wanted to go.

This was a very pleasant stay. The upgrade room was necessity as we were dealing with skis and eating in a bit. The buffet dinner was good value, but the breakfast was too expensive if one is mainly a cereal eater. 經由Hotel.com訂到這家飯店時，已經註明兩大一小共三人入住一房間，然而飯店並未提前加床，而且到飯店櫃台check in時，服務人員並未善意提醒加床的必要性，且服務態度不佳，英文溝通能力差，讓人感到十分不悅。這是一家較舊的飯店，設施已舊，保養狀況欠佳，客房還是使用老式鑰匙開門，浴室門檻已脫落，真令人感到不堪，下次應不會再考慮入住此飯店。
