Roome was clean comforatable modern with some historic charm. Free WiFi worked great (not always the case in Italy).Location is great right by a tram stop and at the begining of the historic district.

After a long day of traveling, missed connections there was a discrepancy with our reservation upon arrival. In addition the hotels appearance was not great as it is currently under construction adding additional rooms. This could have been a disaster, but it was not. The manager and hotel staff at Monchapet were warm, friendly and attended to all the details to honor the reservation. We were greeted each morning with our choice of cafe, tea or chocolate and fresh croissants and bread. The hotel is located with in walking distance of lovely Dijon. Restaurants, churches, parks the holiday lights were very accessible by foot. I would recommend Monchapet.

This hotel is perfect if you are arriving to Beaune by train. It is literally RIGHT across the street from the train station. The rooms are comfortable and fairly roomy (for France's standard). The soap and body wash provided by the hotel are olive oil based and they were great (not something you usually say about hotel soaps). The reception was VERY helpful and spoke fluent English. They told us about the town, where to go, gave us a map and tips, etc etc. The hotel also has a restaurant attached which appeared nice, but we stayed on a Monday night and it was closed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

It has garden table that we could have picnic dining nicely. Right next is another hotel with restaurant that we ordered a steak from there to eat at... garden table. So nice time! It was easy to find. The room had everything we needed for an overnight stay and was good value. The layout was well designed. The only slight problem was that the screen to the en suite shower/toilet etc did not close properly. As a disabled person I found the downstairs room, the shower facilities and the nearby disabled parking space very convenient. Bon rapport qualité prix mais fortes nuisances sonores! Réveil à 1 h du matin par les voisins qui rentrent dans leur chambre et à 6h par ceux qui rappellent leur chien en promenade en contrebas de la chambre pendant 30 min!!!!!!! Sinon accueil charmant et bon petit déjeuner.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Proche des accès autoroutiers, idéal pour une escale au cours d'un voyage. Seul point négatif (minime), j'ai réservé une chambre pour 3 mais au niveau de la salle de bain, il n'y avait le nécessaire que pour 2 personnes.

Bien, chambre correct; petit déjeuner très bien; un restaurant juste à côté de l'hôtel, donc pas besoin d! Pendre à voiture pour le souper.

Internet súper lent, on pouvez pas envoyer emails. La chambre était propre petite mais convenable. Système de code pour entrer au parking problématique car on n'avait pas le code avant d'entrer.

l'hotel était très bien et l'accueil aussi, nous en garderons un bon souvenir, la seule chose à critiquer c'est que le lit ne comportait pas de drap de dessus et la couette était beaucoup trop chaude pour cette saison.
