      We had the most incredible time. The staff was beyond helpful and so generous. When we drove up to the chateau our breath was taken away. It felt like we were in a fairy tale. The fact that we were able to stay here and then tour the nearby castles was amazing. They are very close to must see chateaus and castles. You do need a car. 5stars!

      This was a nice hotel, right at the train station, which gave us access to CDG by TGV for our trip home. It was also easy to get into downtown Tours to see the sights of this nice city.

      Even though the rooms are small compared to hotels in the USA, this hotel is a great location in Tours. A 10 minute walk to old town Tours and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful - especially since I don't speak French very well. Very accomodating to all requests. In addition, the restaurant dinner menu is unbelievable - high quality gourmet. I would definitely stay here again.

      Rooms are compact and appeared to be redecorated compared to previous internet photos. Baths were updated with new fixtures. Location was quiet. Close to good dining and Rail Station. Short walk to old town. Front desk was helpful making taxi reservations and storing luggage after checkout. Elevator. Breakfast was a cold buffet: cereal, hard boiled eggs, meats, fruit, bread, and yogart.

    The heating was totally inadequate. The door allowed draughts through and we had to sleep in thick jumpers and socks to keep warm. Room had black mould in one corner

    Good value for a one night stay whilst on the road. Our room was a two bed chamber, converted from the standard 3 bed Premiere Classe room. The positioning of the beds meant that there was no light switch in reach of the beds, so I had to get out of bed to turn off the light. Also not good when I got up in the night to use the toilet.     Conveniently located, and better than camping, this budget accommodation could be a little more polished in its facilities. Nothing, though, that couldn't be overcome with a measure of forbearance. Breakfast was available and the coffee was premier class. As local life finishes late and starts early ear plugs are recommended.

    nous avons été très déçus : chambre très petite, pas de climatisation, pas très propre, draps remplis de cheveux et sur les 3 jours et nuits que nous avions réservé la chambre, le deuxième jour sommes rentrés à 23h00 et notre chambre n'avait pas été faite, les lits pas faits, pas de linges de toilettes propres, des cadavres des mouches et moustiques […] au sol, chambre pas aérée avec des températures extérieures à 38 degrés imaginez l'odeur... en plus très bruyant par les voitures et camions et l'isolation phonique inexistante.     Mes voisines de droite ont été très bruyantes entre 01h et 3h30. A 03h40 c'est mon voisin du dessus qui semble déménager ses meubles... En tout et pour tout j'ai pu dormir de 04h30 à 6h où j'ai décidé de partir me reposer chez moi.
