wifi NEVER worked. lobby was ALWAYS a cluster. not sure if they were understaffed or not efficient workers. Rooms were clean, but very small. the location was easy and close to the train station.

The hotel Première Classe Paris Ouest - Pont de Suresnes was great. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was in a great location to get into paris easily. Located on a bus route that took you to the points to pick up the metro, RER and other Bus if you wanted to. Nice comfortable room as well. Worth looking into as a place to stay.

The hotel itself was not bad at all.. the location was a major issue! It is not a convenient location at all - it was more expensive to get around than the actual hotel stay. We needed a place to sleep for one night in Paris. I wasn't expecting much for what I paid so was very surprised to find a NEW room with super clean white sheets and WITH a shower in the room. The room was VERY SMALL but was enough for what we needed. The ride into Paris on a bus that was just outside the hotel was very convenient. The neighborhood […] is wonderful and we took a stroll in the evening. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast buffet (at additional cost) was definitely worth the price. The only problem we had was a window which did not close well, even after the maintenance man improved it, so we had a lot of noise from the street below. This is not the best location for the tourist attractions of Paris. I booked it for its proximity to the Parc de St Cloud for a festival. The transport links (Tramway 2 to La Defence) is superb though so no complaints there. The staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming. Check-in was straightforward. The room was very basic so don't expect […] anything more. Small double bed, shower cubicle, no wardrobe. This really is a one-star hotel and you get what you pay for. The rooms can be conjoined if there are more of you. The walls are paper-thin and it's right on a busy main road so you won't get a peaceful rest unless you bring earplugs! Check-out time is late, which is good, and they will prioritise your room if you arrive at midday. There are snack machines in the pleasant lobby area and I didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice enough. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, open till late. It's not the nicest district of Paris but I didn't feel unsafe. A local museum is under construction in the old steam railway station where the tram stop now stands. My room even had a very distant view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower across the Seine, which you'd pay a premium for in Central Paris! Altogether, I would recommend this hotel as a great budget option, just don't expect more for the one star rating. Read more

This hotel has the cheapest double rooms we have ever booked in Europe. However, it takes a while to get into the city center. Though there is a bus stop in front, the fastest way is probably to take a walk to get the T2 tram to La Defense and then transfer to metro M1/RER. It takes about half an hour... There is a Carrefour market in the neighborhood […] and a bike-renting point right next to the hotel. The bathroom is capsule-like, but the biggest problem with our room is the noisy air circulation system. It cannot be turned off due to safety reasons, which is really annoying. Obsługa wykonuje pracę baardzo wolno. Nie było momentu, w którym przed recepcją nie byłoby kolejki. Podobnie przy śniadaniu, na wszytsko trzeba było czekać. Stan pokojów dobry, jednak hotel jest dosyć daleko położony od centrum i dojeżdża w okolice tylko tramwaj więc żeby dostać się do centrum potrzeba kilku przesiadek.

Bloquer 20minutes au parking à minuit avec un enfant de 5 ans car la carte est démagnétise . Se faire râler dessus par la réceptionniste car la carte ne fonctionne pas!!!! Ensuite arrivé dans la chambre graciable et bruyante donc nous pensions que la fenêtre était ouverte ,et bin non !!!!! Super mal isoler. Hôtel première classe de centre ville donc tout le monde rentre par l'accueil.Très déçu de la chambre qui m'a été attribuée (3 lits simples) au lien d'un lit double. Le couchage était très inconfortable, les matelas complètement déformés ce qui n'a pas aidé à avoir une nuit reposante. A part ça rien à redire.

Nous y avons bien dormi car nous avons changé de chambre.A la 314 il n'y avait plus de joint à la fenêtre et il y faisait froid ( Pensez à la dépense de chauffage électrique), la chambre 307 était bien chauffée, mais il faut noter que la bouche de ventilation ( clim? ) au- dessus de la porte était anormalement bruyante. Le support de douche avait perdu […] sa vis basse et était sur le point de perdre la vis haute.Il n'y avait plus de bouchon au lavabo.Nous avons dormi 2 nuits et avons apprécié d'avoir des serviettes propres le lendemain, le lit fait, malgré le weekend.
