I spent the extra to get the jacuzzi room and it was dirty and I immediately wanted to go find another place to stay. Toilet didn't flush, tub was dirty. Overall, I have stayed in worse. The whole facility is very dated and has that flop house sort of feel. Some of the "extended stay" guests seemed a little sketchy. Do not got by the pictures posted for this hotel. While my room was clean, or clean as can be, it was in major need of renovation. The bed was clean and comfortable(thankfully). The location was great...except for the air port basicly across the stree and the busy traffic on the road all night. It wasn't to loud in the room but we could still hear the cars. The front desk service was really nice. The room was outstanding. Clean and large for what we paid. The jucuzzi was amazing and CLEAN. Will stay there again for sure.

The only complaint I have is we booked the room for 2 nights and at 8:30 a.m. the morning after our first night the cleaning personel was knocking on our door to come clean. Also the bathroom was clean but there was black (I don't know if it was mold, or just paint missing) where the bath wall met the bath tub.

Room was saturated with the smell of smoke. The jacuzzi tub jets did not work. The employee on the desk was unhelpful when asked for a recommended taxi service (guest was told to look in the phone book). Best part about it was the bar/restaurant next door.

Cocca's is a throwback to the 1950s, and that's not good. However, the restaurant Otis & Oliver's was pretty good. We ate there on a Friday nite outside & the wait staff was friendly. Also, the bar on Saturday nite was friendly too, with a fun bartender who was getting everyone going over the Olympics on the overhead TV. Bathroom: The tub was dirty […] and there was no room to put our toiletries, except for the back of the toilet, which had folded towels on it. They had only one small towel bar that only held washcloths, which dripped on the folded towels & our toiletries. Main room: The rug was sticky and wet and I don't want to think what went on it before we came. The sheets were short so we ended up with a pile of sheets in the middle of the bed by the morning. (short-sheeted) The TV was fine & so was the closet, but it could have used more than 5-6 hangars. Outside: There was a constantly flowing drain right near our window where the water was dumped from about 8 feet up. Room was overprice for the condition it was in. They also had the room ice cold. The heat was not working. The baseboard heat looked dangerous with some parts exposed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, easy to find, lots of hot water. Property was old but well maintained. Better than many bargain national chains I have used in the past. Pub was surprisingly good and very busy when we checked in and had dinner.

The people were extremely nice but the room was old. The carpets stained the bathroom floor coming up, curtains ripped, screens falling off. Very old and rusted. Bed was clean and new mattresses cable tv and good restaurant next door.

Loved the Heart Shape Jet Tub! However the cleanliness of the room needs cobwebs taken down and a once over on dusting. Coffee maker still had dried up Coffee filter in it :( All in all, we still had a good time between my hubby and self.

The rooms look great on the inside, despite the outdated appearance upon entering the parking lot. The room was very clean and furniture and bed sufficed. The bathroom door handle extremely loose to the point that it flopped almost 45 degrees, which wasn't an issue for me but could be for some people. The front door had a slight air gap (larger than […] what one would normally expect to see), but there wasn't a draft from it and the deadbolt was secure well into the wall so it wasn't a real issue. Overall we paid a fair price for the room, but bring your earplugs if you need 100% undisturbed sleep as the place is honestly too close to the Albany Airport runway, so a couple of the larger jets taking off and landing would sometimes wake me up briefly. Staff was very pleasant. That is where the good ended. The room thermostat was visually broken the enterance door you could see daylight at ends. The door had only deadbolt lock no other lock. Our one and only stay at this hotel.

Motel was close to the Albany airport, which is what I was looking for, and offered a great rate. However, I was a bit disappointed in the quality, PLUS......once I crawled into bed (which seemed clean!) I found 3-4 little beetle-type bugs in bed with me. Motel was booked so I couldn't get a new room.

This site is near route 87 which makes for easy access to and around albany.
