The room was good, the shower excellent, everything was fine....but in the morning, when we were eating breakfast the staff was unfriendly to us, not even a greeting and too busy horsing around with each other to notice their customers.

Bathroom had wall & molding water damage from a previous water problem was not repaired. Bathroom had no handicapped wall grabs but the door opening was wide for a wheelchair. The location and rate was great for my overnight, since I was in the area for a 2 day training session. Other places nearby were not getting such favorable talk from fellow classmates. I was happy with the staff at the front desk , the lady was very nice, other than that we were not happy with the room at all. The bathroom floor had paint on it floor was dirty, bathroom walls looked like a child painted it along with paint on the trim. Toilet flush handle was broken, shower head put out a large spray that made you feel like you were […] in a tunnel, not to mention ran out of hot water with in 6 min of a shower, not to mention the sheet rock damage along the top of the shower peeling from water damage due to the lack of not being caulked... The hot tub was dirty with a film all over it of soap scum which we cleaned in order to use it. Floors as soon as you walked in to carpet area boards were loose and the bed you might as well of slept out side on the paved road that is how hard the bed was... also there was not a peep hole in the entry door to the room. This is an aging and dated facility, but it's kept scrupulously clean. We had a Jacuzzi suite, which was just one giant room with a tiled corner that had a large two person Jacuzzi in it. Worked very well and was a great way to wind down after a long drive! Didn't like the heavily sweet air-freshener scent in the room, but the windows could open, at […] least. Both folks we dealt with at the front desk were so, so nice. I stayed at this hotel just for one night, so the rate was very good. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. I requested a non-smoking room, and I was pleased that there was no smoke odors , which was not my experience at other hotels with "non-smoking" accommodations. The beds were firm, some may think too firm, but that's generally my preference […] anyway. The hotel is located on a major highway with lots of restaurants, fast food and a mall is close by. The airport is not too far and you're minutes away from Troy or Albany. Local police seem to patrol the area, which gives one an extra sense of security for themselves and their car or property. The room I stayed in was large and clean. Amenities were okay. Bring your own soap and shampoo, both very low quality. Very difficult to open the pack of shampoo without scissors. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and we were checked in promptly. We found our room with ease and it was much larger than expected. The room was clean and had no odors. the room was fine. We picked the hotel for its shuttle and breakfast because we had an early flight. There was no shuttle at that hour, and we had to ask twice for breakfast to be put out. We normally stay at another hotel in the area but Cocca's was much cheaper and the recent reviews were good for rooms with a jacuzzi in it. We were mostly pleased with the room. It was clean, large (a separate room for the jacuzzi), and comfortable. The Internet access was free and easy to log into with a single click-thru screen. Here are the NITPICKS we had: 1) old tube TV. 2) not enough towel racks. 3) Very thin walls--we had to set up two white noise machines on opposite sides of the room to drown it out. 4) Hotel staff, while friendly and polite, didn't have a professional aura. It was more like a good ol' boy workin' his minimum wage job. To sum it up, if you're looking for a professional, fancy, upscale hotel, look elsewhere. Not good enough. My first smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. They gave me a new room which was better. Breakfast was nothing more than milk, cereal, fruit, danish and coffee.

Very simple we booked a 3 rooms at 96 a night. The rooms were not as shown on the site. They were very small and not even worth the 96 dollars. I went to the front desk and an extra 30 bucks each we had a much bigger room with a big tub in the main room. Was much better but for 130. I could have done better

We stayed in the King Jacuzzi suite which was surprisingly spacious; Jacuzzi worked well, everything was very clean and well maintained. Decor was modern and their were no odor(s) in the room. It met our needs and I would stay there again. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room and plenty of towels. Nothing fancy, but adequate and comfortable. The price was right. It was an easy drive to RPI in Troy, where we visited.

We had the jacuzzi suite. The room was fantastic. The only complaints were the air conditioning (it was freezing in the room) and the temp of the jacuzzi which was lukewarm. Other than that, a great place and would definitely recommend and stay there again
