Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

"NOT a hotel!"
This place is a college dorm. During the off season they rent out rooms to guests. Do not come here if you are looking for a nice lobby, a bathtub, or full length mirrors. On the plus side, the rooms are quite large- each is a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. Also, they charge for parking.
"well worth the money, can be better"
The condition for the hotel is well worth the money paid. It has two bedrooms with sitting room, perfect for family travel. There is some odor when we first stepped into the room. Other than that, it is OK, and staff is very helpful as well. I will use this hotel again next time I am in toronto.

"Seneca Residence - Good Room & Price - No Internet"
The room are nice and big, so you get a lot for your money that way. The Residence which is meant for student could be better cleaned, especially the carpet that are full of stains. If you need a room with access to the Internet, then skip it completely since there are forms to fill out and well should you be there on the weekend, IT will never get […] the work done nor can they be reached. "Not bad, especially for the price"
Spacious, clean, nice staff. Kitchenette was nice. Location was fine. Subway in the lobby was a nice touch. Bad Parts: Had to pay for parking ($5) and if you arrive after the IT department is gone you don't have access to internet.

The hotel was very convenient from downtown. The room was very nice but the room had an odor , so did beds. We needed to sprinkle some perfume to eliminate the odor.

The best part of this hotel is the fridge, an apt size. Ant they have 2 bedrooms with doors, and then a kitchen. The worst part is the ventilation fan, very noisy; and only controlled by one switch, share with the light. So it's a bit annoying.

"Not Satified!!"
Didn't know this was a "dormitory" style hotel. The week-end we stayed it was chaos. Rugby and soccer tournaments.... Fire alarm went off on the 9th floor blasted us in our room for 30 minutes. Guess what it was a prank! Never again.

"Seneca Residence"
This actually a student residence and rooms are rented to public. The facilities are average, but the staff is extremely good. It should be bit cheaper as the facilities are average. No wi-fi connection, you need to have ethernet cable to connect your labtop to internet.

Nous avons eu un studio composé de 2 chambres séparées avec un grand lit par chambre. Il y avait egalement une piece commune qui servait à la fois de hall d'entree et de cuisine (avec micro-onde et frigo fournis). Il y avait aussi une table a manger avec 4 chaises. Ce mini appartement était vraiment bien agencé. Le prix était également très correct. […] Hotel vivement conseillé pour les familles. La place de parking coutait 5$ par nuit. "学生気分を満喫"
朝食は色々な国から来ている学生さん達といっしょに食べます。学生の気持ちにもどったようで楽しかったです。小さなキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあるので家族連れにも便利です。フィンチ駅まで急行バスがあり地下鉄へのアクセスも苦ではありません。歩いて行ける距離に地元スーパーあり。バスで5分程度の所にはフェアビューモールという大きなモールがあり、買い物も楽しい。
