In town for four nights. Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. Bed was very firm yet comfortable because of pillow-top mattress, Perfect. Linens were new and pillows firm. Towels were fluffy. Free WiFi and ethernet cable internet in room. Nice small pool and spa, both very clean. Public areas were spotless and well maintained. Front desk always friendly […] and helpful. Hotel is convenient to IHOP and Jimmy's Egg should you want a change of pace from their free breakfast offering, which was OK except for the artificial scrambled eggs. Walls are thin. Could hear a baby next door. Light comes in under door. Wake-up call came at 4:30 instead of 5:30 because clerk said it was automatic and she did not know how to change the time.

Our stay was great--enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very generous. The only complaint is after our first night housekeeping never refreshed anything; i.e.,shampoos, clean glasses, vacuuming, etc.

Still looks and feels new. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. Only negative thing was there is a little wait at the front desk as they only have one clerk and he/she sometimes is in other parts of building. Also, parking lot is a little dark, but we had no problems.

We stayed here to go to a softball camp located across the street...loved the location & the convience of surrounding area. We stayed 2 nights and the hotel was okay but they never came to clean our room at all...no clean towels, no making the beds, no refills on necessities...that was a big downfall! They said it was because they were backed up due […] to all of the campers staying in the hotel but that wasn't really an acceptable excuse. The breakfast was lacking...it was more like a continental with scrambled eggs & sausage links. We didn't really get to try the swimming area due to there being too many people in the small pool. I booked my stay on line after being called to Ardmore because my son was hospitalized after a car accident. I traveled from Denver to Dallas and drove to Ardmore. I went immediately to the hospital to see my son and he was just out of surgery and I didn't want to leave him. I didn't call the hotel but went there the next day to add 2 more nights to […] my stay. The asst. manager informed me I would be charged for the room, I understood and asked if I could go up to my room for a shower since it was 8am. He said no, we gave your room away because you didn't call by 6:00pm. I explained the circumstances and in fact pointed to the article on the front page of the newspaper on his counter that told about the serious accident that closed the hiway for 3 hours. I mentioned that the 3 other boys in the accident had stayed there the night before. He said he knew but couldn't help me. So, for full price of the room I got no room, no shower, no empathy! Instead the staff at the new Hilton let me check in at noon at no additional charge, gave us 2 mornings of breakfasts and asked how our son was doing. This was the assistant manager who treated me in such a cold calculated manner. You'd think he's have the authority to come up with a room that could be used for an hour for a very sad and worried traveler. How do these folks sleep at night? Read more

Our mattresses were old and beds creaked even when my 25lb son turned over......just needed updated and new beds but room was very clean. Check-in lady was super friendly and helpful. We love everything about this Hotel. The room was clean and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Love the indoor pool and hot tub. The only drawback is it is tricky to get to when you get off 35. Great Hotel

A/C was cranked down to 65 when we checked in, so our room was nice and cool. Our room was on the south west corner of the hotel, so the highway noise disturbed our sleep (jake brakes, etc). I had picked up my son's from DFW International Airport and had pre-paid through expedia for this room. I had wished Dallas wouldn't have been so crazy to get around in or should I say get out of, because it would've been nice to have gotten to the motel earlier than we did so we could kick it longer. Everything when we got there was great! Even the the pool closed at 11pm the front desk allowed us to go into the indoor pool and hot tub! They supplied extra pool towels! Very clean pool as well! We booked this hotel for one thing;it's indoor pool as it wasnt't Memorial Day yet and the hotels with outside pools hadn't opened them yet. But upon arrival things were different. Employees at this place were friendly to us, from the initial greeting to clean up crews on the grounds. I dont know what it was (maybe the fact that Ardmore is a small town). […] but I would highly recommend this as a hotel to stay inwhen visiting the Arbuckles... My wife and I were attending a concert at the Casino in Thackerville, and rather than pay exorbitant rates to stay nearby we stayed at the Springhill Suites - great decision! This is a very nice property, still seems almost brand new! Everything was clean and in good repair. Our room (double - double) was spacious with lots of closet space and 'spread […] out' room. Nice TV, nice shower, comfortable beds. And an unexpected treat was the iPod-compatible clock radio - a first in my experience. Very cool. We had a crib "reserved" and when we returned in the evening (Christmas eve) it wasn't in the room. First we were told that another guest had been expected to check out but hadn't. Then we were told they were delivered to the wrong room. The attendant on duty helped us figure out how to set it up and after that all was good.
