Hotel was really nice, had an older look that reminded me of Home Alone, when Kevin stays in an NYC hotel. It had a lot of modern touches, and was really nice. Only complaints we had: Parking - was not easy to find if you are not from the area. My husband can never sleep in hotels, but here he was able to sleep the whole night. The bed was very comfortable. Great location from bricktown. Free shuttle service to bricktown which we used since it was very cold otherwise we would of walked.

Our weekend at Colcord was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and clean and the bed was fantastic. The only thing we would have preferred was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

We made a late Sunday night OKC Thunder game. We loved the convenience of the Colcord to the OKC Chesapeake Center. Reminds me of European or NYC hotels. Large and comfortable room & bathroom. Only downside was the early closing of hotel room service & restaurant. Best room in awhile.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! Very clean and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that there were two of us and we kept getting only one wash cloth. We would definitely stay again though.

I had not stayed here since it was newer. It was beautiful then. It seems like they havnt updated at all. All the furniture in the room was chipped. Very sparsley furnished even for a modern hotel. All the towels and robes seemed old. Rooms as expensive in Dallas would offer allot more lavish ambiance. I paid for a corner king and did not get one. These are around $30 per night more and I paid the extra. Also, day one, my room did not get made up.

Although first impressions are important - and it rated well there - it was disappointing and inconvenient to have no microwave, fridge, countertops or luggage racks. The bathroom foot was broken and needed painted, as did the closet. I loved the size of the room and the service. I was on a road trip to TX and of the six hotels that I stayed at, this was by in large the best one. The historic hotel was beautiful, and it's super close to all of the downtown museums and sights. It's also only a couple of blocks from Bricktown. I plan on staying again for a girls weekend.

In my opinion, this is probably the best hotel in downtown OKC. Big rooms, great decoration, great bar, tip-top amenities. I recommend it without reservation. As good as anything in Chicago, LA or NYC.

Staffs had no enthusiasm and were not helpful. When we asked for toothpaste, they just told us that they were out and did not even try to resolve the issue at all. Don't get me wrong, I was more frustrated about their attitude rather than them not having toothpaste. Another thing was no parking in the building. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have complimentary coffee delivered to room at your specified time, complimentary wifi, water, all things that you seem to have to pay for at most places. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service! You can't beat the complimentary car service to downtown attractions. We did not have to move our car at any time during our stay.

Went there for our honeymoon night. Very nice hotel, the old vintage mixed with modern feel is very cool! The most noticeable thing about the room was the cleanliness. Especialy the bathrooms felt very clean.

I loved this quaint old hotel. It is very well taken care of and the staff was great. It is nice to enjoy historical buildings over the newer larger chain hotels. I don't suggest bringing children since the walls are not that thick and they would be heard too well and could disturb others.
