I found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. They had shuttle service to the airport, which was very important since I had an early flight. Location was also convenient.

These people charged me twice for my room, even though I paid thru hotels.com. Then, a month later, charged my room again. When I called to rectify my account, they gave me another manager's name. I have told the front desk that the shower doors need repair in all of the rooms that I have been in and nothing has changed. also their wake up call system only seems to work about half the time . another good hilton experience. our room was clean and staff was nice. air conditioner worked like a dream! the best complimentary breakfast ive ever had and it was put out almost an hour before advertised time, which was terrific as we had an early plane to catch!

Great hotel! Staff was very courteous even though we checked in at 2 in the morning. After going to the Auburn game, that soft bed was quite welcome! I will definately stay there again!

Great hotel - clean, friendly. It's only five minutes from the Montgomery Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. And you can't beat the cookies at the front desk!
