The hotel itself was nice, but there was a constant buzz of the highway. The staff was nice enough, but not going out of their way to be helpful. There... was only one person at the desk with a line waiting to check in, and it took a bit for the other person wandering around to volunteer to help check in guests. This is a very nice, newer property. It is clean and very accessible. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I stayed for business in one of the deluxe king rooms with patio. It was well appointed and comfortable. I have no complaints and will definitely staff here again.

It was just right. My room had a microwave, which I never used, and refrigerator. Very convenient for leftovers from restaurants, etc. The location was great, right off the freeway. The room itself was very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay.

The hotel is located right off the freeway. Very easy to get to. The grounds were beautiful. The room we had was very spacious with a king bed and sofa sleeper. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which is always an extra bonus for me. I was very pleased with the overall look of the room. Although we didn't use the pool it did look a little on […] the small side. They also had a workout room that looked well equipped. Pismo had some great little restaurants and a nice boardwalk. We planned a trip to Hearst Castle wich was only an hour drive away. The drive was very scenic and relaxing. Morro Bay was about 30 minutes away. Im pretty sure this is a newer hotel. Rooms are clean, large and the rooms with patios are nice to have. We would stay again the next time we are in the area. Only suggestion would be to not use the old style art they seem to continue to put in these Garden Inn's.

The Hilton Garden Inn, was a very nice and quaint place. Rooms were very nice. Only bad thing was I ordered a patio/pool view I got the patio but I only had a view of the parking lot. Other than that very nice place to stay.

When we arrived at the hotel we were early for check in, we had a wedding to go to and the desk clerk (Chad) did everything in his power to get us in our room early...therefore we were able to clean up and make it to the wedding on time. Thank you Chad.

we had a nice stay but my only complaint was that the beds were not comfortable. The mattress was too hard and I did not sleep well on it. It was very conveniently located and we were close to the beach and shopping.
