The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. They made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery are an easy walk away, 0 - 10 minutes. The room was a bit cool but extra cozy blankets were available in the closet. The water ran constantly so we turned the valve off every night for a quiet sleep.

This was a wonderful experience. I stayed in 9A which was but a 2 minute walk from the Rynek. The space was spotless and large, and with a fully stocked kitchen (with a washer/dryer). I wish I could have found a grocery store near by to cook meals in to save a bit of money. Great shower (such water pressure!) and having a TV with some cable was nice (good to watch some BBC news). In all, I hope to stay here again.

a brief ten minute walk to old Jewish section and a bit longer to down town. if you want shopping, you are also next to a mall.one day too tired to go out and ate inside. food was very good and the service excellent. can't ask for more.

Staff is excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean, have character and baths are up to date. Quiet location. Trams right out front take you to the train station or you can walk in 20-25 mins. Walk to old Krakow in 15 mins. Breakfast is satisfying. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Bronowice was a magnet for the late 19th and early 20th century “New Poland” movement, with its rustic wooden houses and strong traditions inspiring a generation of artists. The charming Rydlowka Museum records this creative time in Polish history. Un peu loin du centre, un bus (le 130 depuis les krakowska galeria - avant dernier arret) vous y amène en 15 minutes, arrêt desservi toutes les 10 minutes. Et nous n'avons pas vu de contrôleur... La chambre est très bien. L'hotel aussi. Le prix du restaurant dans l'hotel est par contre cher. 2 à 3 fois ce que l'on peu trouver en ville.
