This hotel is in a safe convenient location near many restaurants. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, hot and cold. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The room and breakfast area were clean. We watched the egrets, geese and docks in the pond every day from our window!

The fitness room was comfortably outfitted with treadmill, eliptical trainer, & exercycle, as well as a water cooler & towels & TV. It needed only a scale to be perfect. The breakfast bar provided hot food and plenty of it. It was well tended. The desk staff was friendly & helpful.

Clean and convenient, but not real close to the core of Orange Park. Breakfast was OK. Definitely good for a quick night's sleepover. Would recommend putting a sign nearer the street.

The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. We are regulars at this motel and the familiar faces is always welcome. The breakfast buffet is always kept full by a most pleasant lady. This is virtually the only hotel in the Fleming Island and Green Cove Springs area, fortunately it is perfect. Plenty of great shopping spots and restaurants to enjoy. […] Kohl's Chili's and Publix! The location of the hotel is great. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The wireless network worked great. The fridge was very noisy, but since I didn't need it, I just unplugged it. There is a small gym with decent amenities, towels and water. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I was in the area again.

I'd say it's a 3-star. Clean, friendly staff, good location. Suggestions for patrons: Walk to the Mellow Mushroom for lunch, dinner and/or drinks. Walk or jog along the trail along hwy 17. Only suggestions: Get quieter room refrigerators, add some a few healthier options for breakfast (e.g. granola, wheat toast, etc.).

This is a fairly new property with restaurants and shops just a short walk from the hotel. It is a 3 star in my opinion. Clean,nice neighborhood, reasonable rates.

Hotel was super convenient for us - only 5 min. from our golf course reservation. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby (Walmart across the street). Clean quiet room. We will return here the next time we stay in SW Jacksonville.

Room was perfect, always get what we want, first floor etc. Bed was loaded with pillows and so comfortable, had all we needed, as fridge, micro and a OK TV.
