I was very nice and peaceful for the price. Only problem I had, was they falsely advertised free WIIFii. Internet. We were unable to pick it up during the whole stay. I couldn't keep in contact with my job unless through text messages. They need more towels and wash clothes too.

Very convenient, and comfortable. However, the noise from the airplanes was pretty consistent but tolerable. If you are looking for a nice quiet night then I suggest you find another hotel away from the airport. On the other hand, the price was right and the complimentary breakfast was good.

About 5 minutes from the airport. Older hotel, not in a good area. Hard trouble sleeping due to planes going overhead every 5 minutes, but still beat sleeping in the airport.

The hotel was your basic facility. If it hadn't ben so close to the airport, we wouldn't have stayed there. It was clean and quiet despite the plane flying overhead.

It was a bellow average stay with the worse part being the shuttle driver "forgetting" to pick me up to head to the airport the next morning (the only reason I had stayed was proximity to airport). I waited a whole hour for the shuttle. How stressful!!!

Location was great for me and a good price, but an ify neighborhood. Airport noice was bad, but keep the heater/A/C fan on high and it was ok. TV not clear, breakfast ok, service friendly. I would stay here again.

I had a 10 hour layover into Europe, arriving late in the morning about 7am. I notified them of my late arrival and asked for late checkout at 2pm. I had to pay extra for the late checkout, but an airline pilot told me he gets a day rate to stay 8 hours which was much cheaper than my overall rate. Can this be extended to non airline personnell?

My wife and I could go on and on, but here are the highlights: 1. Phone not connected. When connected, not working. WiFi not connecting. Owners sheepishly said next morning "Problem with WiFi." 2. Window next to door would not lock. Lock is broken and irreparable. I didn't sleep all night for fear someone would reach in, unlock door, come in and do […] their worst. I tried to brace the window closed with something - anything - but only came up with ironing board - hardly suitable. 3. In this neighborhood, not out of the realm of possibility that something could happen. 4. Obscenities scratched/carved into the headboard where children can (and did) see and read them. No apparent effort to sand/ paint/ stain/ cover. 5. Air conditioner worked great. So great it couldn't be turned down - only off. So only options were to freeze or sweat. 6. I didn't get a wink of sleep all night, worrying about my family and I'm a war vet, peace corps vet, have a PhD (no stranger to maximum efforts), i.e., hardly a dilletante and have seen / experienced rough surroundings. Our advice: Sleep on your bags at the airport or find another motel. We won't stay in a Day's Inn again. Anywhere. Read more

I made a reservation, and showed up at the hotel before the time of check-in which is prevalent and was told I had to pay ten dollars if I wanna enter the room I reserved in advance. I never in my life had to pay any amount of money to check-in early. I tried to talk to the individual (MINTI) who was the one at the reception working at the time that […] a majority of hotels let you check-in a hotel earlier if there are rooms available in which there was, but she wasnt trying to hear me at all. She was VERY unprofessional and rude and never seen behavior from anyone else at a hotel until her. Someone who works at a hotel should be as nice as possible to individuals as much as possible. She told me she was gonna cancel my reservation as well just because I was wondering why you had to pay ten dollars to check in early. To top it all off her husband was the general manager so maybe him being in that position made her feel high all mighty....WRONG. Her husband the general manager had to apologize for her lack of customer service and rudeness basically, and she also told me she would not let me stay at that hotel again....DUMB. I made a big mistake picking this hotel. The location was in the midst of a war zone, my room got serviced once the whole 4 days I was there. The front desk concierge was constantly arguing with guests about random things and watching us like thieves when we were having their "free" breakfast! when we first arrived our room wasnt ready, it took about 15-20m. room was small. several days we only wanted towels but had to must must return unused towels before getting fresh ones. the mirror over the sink looked like it havent been touched with a wet towel since they hung it. As far as the hotel room itself, we were pleased. The thing that made us mad was when we returned from the airport to the hotel. Our car failed to start and the shuttle offered to jump us off. He said it would be $10.00. At first, we thought that was outrageous because we probably could have got another hotel to jump us off for nothing. But we said […] what the heck. As the battery in the car got power, our alarm system went off and we could not get it to cut off. Not knowing what to do with it, we inadvertently turned the switch off. Guess what, not charge in the battery. We had to get him to jump us of again and he charged us another 10.00. I thought that was very unreasonable and because of that I will probably check other hotels. I need to come back in August for a wedding, so I will not be staying at your hotel. Read more

The hotel is not the place to stay if you desire a good nights sleep. Its too close to the airport. Room service barged into the room at 11:15! Lucky I was dressed. I chose this hotel mainly because of it's proximity to the Georgia International Convention Center. Although it was priced low, I felt comfortable booking here because of the photo gallery. Well, my room wasn't quite what I had expected. The room was clean, but there was a stain on the wall and ceiling; the microwave was filthy, so I never used it; […] and the baseboard appeared to be water damaged. That may explain why the room smelled stuffy or slightly like mildew. I sprayed so much air freshner it was ridiculous! That said, the staff was nice. I'm hoping that my room is not representative of the other rooms. I did not discuss my issues with management, as I did not spend most of my time at the hotel. This place was not for me. Next time, I'll spend the extra money for a place where I can feel 100% comfortable.
