Very nice hotel. Breakfast is included in the price. Choices are, Cold Ceral, french toast, muffin, eggs, bacon, juices, coffee, homemade buttermilk pancakes. I stayed her for 4 nights, for a ski trip. I used the hotel only for breakfast and sleeping activities. They do offer dinners. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

The inn is staffed with wonderful people, who were very friendly and helpful. We were offered DVD of choice, and had small TVs but fine enough to watch in fron of the gas fireplaces in our rooms. Board games available galore, and even popcorn was offered The building is older, and rough around the edges a bit, but it fits the ambience of the region. If you are looking for a Hilton, or even a Holidsy inn express, this is not it. It's a home, tuned into a warm friendly inn, and their breakfast was wonderful.

Great location, friendly staff, and location (10 minutes from Okemo) make this a great ski destination, but I have a good feeling they'd be great in the summer too. Very relaxed feeling to the place.

This was a great hotel tell for me and my son. At first we were trying to get to it but they did no tell you that you had to turn into a mall parking lot and then go to the hotel. The room was very nice. They said the pool was heated but it wasn't. I would love to stay here again.

My husband and I slept on the full-size sleeper sofa while our adult-sized boys slept on the King. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable - surprisingly comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the location of the hotel was great - walk to Hannaford's and local shops and restaurants.

Hotel was nice enough with good breakfast. My biggest complaint would be that the matresses were very uncomfortable!!!! The location also was not the best for quiet sleeping since it was close to a shopping center which they decided to plow at 2:30AM.

Stayed here with my daughter for a night before skiing at Killington. Room was fine, though it could have used a little better lighting. Pool was small but warm! And the breakfast was fine. Decent place to stay.

We stayed here New Year's Eve. We are a family of 5, 3 kids are under the age of 10. Bev helped us and the people serving breakfast could not do enough for us. There were several games that the kids could "check out" at the front desk. Breakfast included yummy Belgian waffles, yogurt, cereal and all the hot chocolate the kids could drink. When looking for a place to stay while visiting family we always debate; go cheap or not? We have decided that when traveling with 3 small kids all under the age of 10 it's worth it to pay $25-$40 a night more (compared to cheaper places). We get to go swimming and have an AWESOME breakfast!!!

Rutland is a very small town......the reason we stayed at the Hampton Inn was because we flew into Rutland on a Sunday evening and couldn't rent a car! Nothing's open on Sundays, apparently. So I was looking for a place to stay near the airport so we could go back out on Monday morning to get a car. The Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. The staff […] was very, very nice, welcoming, and offered to help in any way they could. The beds were ULTRA comfortable, coffee maker in the room, free breakfast. A nice indoor pool for my kids to swim in, grocery store, Taco Bell, etc., within walking distance so we carless could get some supplies......the only thing I could complain about was the noisy air conditioner in the room. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The help seemed to smoke outside the entrance to the elevator. It did not bother me, but they should be provided a space to smoke away from the guests. Nice place to stay.

We spent 3 nights here as we skied at Killington for the Holiday weekend. It was very close to the mountain 12-15 minutes.. and a nice separation from the "scene". Our room, I sighed of relief and knew it was going to be a good weekend. The room smelled wonderful after being freshly cleaned and had a simple modern decor. The room was pristine and the […] white linens on the bed and in bathroom very crisp. I am a 'neat freak'... so i had my clorox wipes and Lysol ready! No joke & I honestly did not even feel even the slightest need to use any of these products in which i usually 'christen' every hotel room I stay in with. The bed was extremely comfortable.The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just right. The fresh brewed coffee was great... the make your own Belgian waffle station was excellent, although the line accumulated fast being a popular item that takes a few minutes to make.. but worth the wait. They always offered fresh fruits, cereals, hot/cold, breads and pastries, and of course a nice protein like eggs with a side like sausage or potatoes etc. They changed the selection day to day which was also very nice. The hotel for the most part was quaint and very quiet, but at times you heard doors slam or kids running in the hallways.. but its common and normal.. especially for kids.
