Over all we were satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very helpful. It is very close to a bus line so that we did not have any problem getting from there to Venice and return to the hotel. We recommend it to any one with who is budget minded.

Pretty close to train station and bus station to go to Venice. If you come by train, there are two exits, take the one to Margheta (or something like that), if you come out to a busy street you are in the wrong place, the other exit will take you to a residential area and it's only a few blocks from your hotel. The hotel is pretty basic, good enough […] if you are spending the entire day in Venice. Breakfast is included but there is only one person in charge of setting up and keeping everything (refilling, cleaning and setting up new tables, etc). This person was very stressed because due to the amount of guests she obviously couldn't do it all by herself so whenever someone asked her for something (a clean table, a cup, some yogurt, etc) she would reply in Italian in a rude way saying that she was by herself and couldn't do everything. I felt sorry for her but the hotel should have more people in the breakfast area, guests should not be treated like that. I think this is a trend nowadays with the world's economy: companies are assigning more work than what a human being can possibly do and if you complain they can fire you (this happens in every level, I see it a LOT in my job, so that's why I felt sorry for this poor lady). This hotel is very close to the Mestre train station and bus stations and shops. It is one train stop to Venice and about 20 minutes bus shuttle to the airport. The location looks safe to me. The room is a little small, but it is very clean inside. The breakfast is very simple: bread, biscuits, juice, coffee and milk. Overall it is good.

The lobby and exterior look nice but the rooms are gross and small. No ac and we had to keep the window closed because of mosqitoes. It is really convient and easy to get into venice on a 15 minute bus ride. Not worth the money, could maybe get something better for that price.

Room had two bedrooms, perfect for my family. Location is not charming but very close to train station and bus to and from Venice. Breakfast was below average. Internet free 1.5 hours daily. When I first walked in this hotel, the staff is good and polite. The room looked good. But when we went back at night, nightmare came. We found that the lighting were not strong enough, ok fine we gonna sleep. But we found the air con was so weak that we couldnt feel any cold air!(we used to find the hotel with air con as we didnt want sleep in hot […] weather). Then we went to find the staff. The staff came in said the lighting were there, no more lighting. When we asked why no air con, he said its already maximum. Ok fine can we have for a fan?, no fan can be provided sorry!! Again we asked if he can fix it, he said its the central system he cant fix. At first he was saying its the maximum nothing can be fixed, but later he said there was a central system problem. Obviously he was lying. We talked and argued very long time, he stood front of the door, finally he said, close the door the corridor is hot, it would be hotter if you open the door, then he closed the door for us and left!!! We should have taken the advice of a previous reviewer referencing Fawlty Towers. Requirements for our booking were; a/c, parking and wi/fi. None were satisfactorily met, when we arrived in our rental car the manager told us that our Citroen C4 was too big and to park on the street and he hadn't seen any cars being towed away today! We received the […] access code for the wi/fi but it didn't work in the room. The a/c did not work and barely stirred the air, we resorted to leaving the window open and getting bitten by mosquitoes all night. When my wife complained she was told that it did work and we were hot because it was hot outside, we heard the same excuse given to other customers who complained. When we checked out at 5am we saw a mother and son with their pillows sleeping in the lobby because it was cooler! Whilst we accept that the rooms were tiny, a shower not draining, watered down juice, a/c not working, aloof staff and management we cannot. We recommend paying a couple of extra euro and staying elsewhere. Read more

The rooms, although small, had everything we needed. There was a small TV with HDMI hookup so that we could watch movies from our iPhones. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful even though some of their english was very limited. The continental breakfast in the morning was to be expected of an included breakfast; croissants, coffee, […] juice, yogurt. It was advertised that it came with free wireless. This turned out to be 1 hour of free wireless which could only be accessed on one device. As we were 4 people, this was a little problematic, however you can buy 1hour for 2euro. I believe you could buy longer segments as well. There is a little bar in the lobby, which is open 24 hours, meaning to say, serviced by the reception person. Either way, it's an easy way to get a decent priced beer or bottle of water at night, as there isn't too much around the hotel. It is quite near to the train station (10 minute walk) which was convenient. Also right outside of the door is a bus stop where a bus will take you to the terminal in Venice, which takes about 20 minutes. Overall I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an affordable room, with easy access to Venice. Read more

Excellent location, trains 3-4 mins walk and a train every 10 mins to Venice which took approc 10 mins to get there. Coming back is easy too with trains every 5 mins. Generally they don't deserve just 1 point. only good thing is its location. It's 3-4 minutes walk from hotel to Mestre Station. But everything was awful. When we arrived at this hotel, a man at reception dest asked me the confirmation letter. So I gave him the letter and he didn't say ANYTHING TO US DURING 10 MINUTES. He was on the phone at that time. After […] finishing his phone call, this is his first saying. "Big Big problem". He didn't even say sorry from his heart. The problem is my name was not on their booking list. As we traveled during the Easter Holyday, it seemed that hotel was almost full. Finally they gave us 2 twin rooms instead of 1 family room. These 2 rooms are also terrible. Rooms are not clean and toilet doors are out of order. We even couldn't close the toilet door when we were using it. During our stay in Venice, weather was cloudy and sometimes rainny. So we need heater during the night. But only one room's heater was acting. the other room's heater was out of order. They didn't clean the rooms during our 2 nights stay. No change even wet towels.
