Sun Time Inn - St. George

The room had blown the electricity outlet for the A/C, and I had to rely on a huge fan just to circulate air during the first heat wave of the year. The breakfast was a joke, though there was lots of coffee and Fruit Loops. Was really close to the IronMan finish, and would have been a perfect if the place was what I thought I had paid for.

Hands down the worst hotel we have stayed in. There was used soap in the shower and the caulk was molding. The vertical blinds had been broken and turned upside down so that they wouldn't close. Our view was piles of old mattress' and old lumber pieces. Just not a good experience!

Never again. Rooms are in terrible condition. Half put together with hodge podge furniture. Besides being accosted by a couple who we think were trying to distract us while the guy made his way to our room as if to try a snatch and grab. Never again!!

I ask little in an inexpensive hotel. In fact, my requirements are really just CLEAN and things WORK. The SUNTIME INN was the single dirtiest, fleabag place I have ever stayed in. This hotel is clean and conveniently located on St George Blvd. Parking is easy. The staff are not too bright. The wifi wasn't working and they did not seem able to correct problems like light bulbs being burned out. I would stay here again because it is cheap and clean - but don't expect high-quality service.

Terrible maintenance. Plumbing very hard to turn on water. Sink fixture not attached firmly to sink. Patches to previous holes in walls very amateurish. Door frame repairs poorly done and look awful. Carpets not clean.

We went to check in, in the afternoon but they said we couldn't because all rooms were dirty. We got put in a room on the ground floor across from the ice machine - even though there seemed to be plenty of empty rooms elsewhere. The office staff were friendly and seemed genuine. I know I chose the place not only because of location, but because of price - but the room was a little worse for wear. I didn't have high expectations since it was a good price, but having Wifi access is important on a business trip. It didn't work for the two days I stayed there. I had to go to McDonalds to do work online. Other than that it was a fine stay. Don't count on the breakfast. Just cold cereal.

I was very happy with the condition and cleanliness of my room when I first checked in. Later that evening when I wanted to use the shower the water adjustment handle came off in my hand. I got dressed and went to the office. Luckily they had a clean empty room that I was able to use to shower so I could make my dinner appointment on time. The handle […] was fixed while I was gone. The hotel is a great price. It's not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect it. The shower had really great pressure, which is what I care about the most. The staff was friendly. The only thing is... I stayed here while passing through Utah. It was only for one night, I think that's about all could stand of it. The hotel looked more like a place right outta My name is Earl. The room smelled of smoke and it looked as if someone had been living in the room for months. Oh well, I guess what could I expect for such a cheap rate.
